Lights were broken. Bathroom door didn't shut. No water pressure. Paper thin walls. You could hear everything that your neighbors were doing. You get what you pay for!!

The room had a strong paint odor and the television didn’t work. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the front desk and maintenance said none of the televisions in the building I was in worked.

Thanksgiving 2024
This was a last-minute reservation on a holiday weekend due to a family injury/emergency. We were fortunate that a room was available. Not only was a room available, it was very clean, spacious, non-smoking and non-pet. The staff was very accommodating and respectful. The facility had all the expected amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

We are so happy to have "discovered" the Saddle West hotel! We visit Pahrump regularly, but this time our usual hotel choice was not available so we stayed at Saddle West and this will be our #1 choice going forward. The rooms are REALLY clean, which is possibly the most important thing. They don't have many amenities, but the low price makes up for that! Finally, there is this beautifully landscaped courtyard/pool area that makes it feel like a resort vacation. We're looking forward to our next stay!

I did not like the inconvenience of my wife having to come in with our baby to show her ID when the room was in my name and I think I heard them say it was only locals that had to do that which makes no sense I want to give kudos to Shelly for helping us move to the deluxe room which is definitely I recommend from the standard as it has coffee machine and refrigerator I also recommend building I which is the new building over building e which is the old one All in all I recommend this hotel and applaud their staff one of the maids whose name I did not catch was kind enough to bring my wife's shoes that she left in the old room to the new one this is what I call going above and beyond

The room was nice and clean and we had excellent quick service. The only feedback we have is that the towels were small and a little scratchy.

The biggest issue we had with our stay was the need for upgrades in the rooms. For example: lamps that have oitlets whether it be plugs or usb. TV that has a volume control meaning it has a volume. We were extrmely disappointed with our stay because of the condition of the guest rooms. Overall the hotel was clean (minus the smoking in the casino) and the staff was very freindly.
