Friendliness and efficiecy of staff. Great dinner but serve decent coffee- machine was off.
Found it difficult to sleep because of noise from steel works.
Dirty carpark with large waterfilled potholes.
Very slippery shower base- almost a nasty accident

Staff were excellent. Room was clean and tidy. Room service very friendly and quick. However very noisy drunks in car park spoiled the night. Plus room very noisy to outside, adjacent rooms and plumbing noise.
