The staff attention and politness was outstanding, going the extra mile to help unloading and loading the luggage, asking how everything was going and offering help with a smile. The breakfast was good, with many choices to choose from, great location and comfortable room.

We had a good time at this hotel, very friendly staff, good location. A few things to complain: our room didn't have a coffee maker or tea kettle, only two glasses. Worst: the coffee grinder in the breakfast room was terrible.

The hotel is really “Grand” not just in name! From the moment we arrived with the porter helping , reception staff , breakfast staff and house staff smiling and offering to help it was exceptional. Our room had a balcony and was very quiet. Breakfast had so many options. The location is walkable to all the local sights. We enjoyed it so much!

I have kids with me so I wanted to arrange a connected rooms or at least two rooms next to each others I had to contact them twice by email with no response Soi called them twice to confirm I understand sometimes it’s hard to find connected rooms but they assured they have arranged rooms next to each others Unfortunately rooms were far in two end of the hotel separated by the elevators and stairs.. no one has recommendations to restaurant Terrible and not considered 5 stars by all means There was dirt in the room (remaining olives) despite us arriving later than 3 pm!
