After a 11 hour flight/customs checks etc etc we were told we had to do our own check in via a touch screen program, including selecting the room we wanted - how would anyone know what room they want if they haven't stayed there before.
The room was filthy, the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in a long time as there were dirty marks everywhere, the wall tiles were thickly covered in dust.
The ONLY thing that was a pleasant experience was the Ascot dining room where we had breakfast.
