Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. Didn’t like that housekeeping came every other day (we left on the 4th day so only had housekeeping once),the hot tub was colder than the heated pool which was very disappointing. Extended hours at the bar would have been nice, 830 for last call seemed early. The room didn’t have enough drawers to unpack our clothing for our stay. Overall we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and checked in often. Loved how close the hotel was to so many different amenities, walking and driving distance.

Beautiful location and nice lobby area. Our room had a great view of the ocean. Down side is that the hallways and rooms have carpet, which don’t seem to be cleaned frequently. There is a musty odor from the carpet in the room and in the halls. If they can take care of that, great hotel.

I had initially reserved a a room for those with disabilities. I guess those rooms do not get used very much. I did not even have to go into the room. I cracked the door and the worst urine smell hit me in the face. I went down to get my room changed. The desk changed it with no problem. That room needs to be totally ripped apart. My stay in the new room was great.

After a long drive from a comedy show the views of the moon and the ocean was perfect to relax and recommend getting a balcony room you won’t regret it

The staff were very nice, the room and hot tub were nice and clean as well, and there was direct access to the beach. This location is very convenient, because it is pretty much close to everything. One thing that I noticed is that the pool could be drained and cleaned, as there was several objects floating in the water. However, everything else went very well. I would definitely stay here, again.

Good choice for stay
Enjoyed everything about this stay. Comfort, cleanliness, breakfast offerings were all on point. Staff was courteous and friendly. Enjoyed the location and having the on-site bar. Only issues were a bit of musty/smoker smell on our floor (5) and that parking in the hotel’s garage was an extra daily charge. Regardless, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Booked through Expedia.com for a good price- I got the regular price charged by Hampton Inn - I never gave Hampton Inn permission to charge my credit card. The female who checked me out of the hotel, was very rude. I called about these unauthorized charges from Hampton Inn in Panama City Beach, Florida and the clerk hung up! Charge my card and then hang up on me! UNACCEPTABLE!

Nice hotel in nice area. Excellent breakfast and beach us at your door. You do have to pay to park.
