Its your standard older beach front hotel. Obviously has had some damage over the years but still not terrible. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice. The proximity to the beach was the best part.

It is an older hotel, so you have to consider that. The room was comfortable, and clean. You are steps from the beach. The desk staff are friendly, and kind. Off season, the price is right! The bathroom tiles were cracked, and you needed to be careful with sharp edges.

The view, location, next to Sharkeys, and layout were perfect. The beds were clean. But the bathroom was dirty, the loveseat filthy and few towels. The balcony railing was loose, the stair rails iffy, and the elevator and walkways filthy. When I asked the housekeeper to exchange the dirty towels for cleans, I was told I must take the dirties up the office to pick up clean towels. The office was accommodating but this was a hassle. For the price, great location and view and layout but could be cleaner.

Place needs alot of TLC, floors were nasty, tub was dirty with mold growing around handle, cracks in the doors, beds hard as a rock, very dated. Would not stay here again. Place needs to shut down and renovate.

Upon arrival they couldn’t find my reservation, that’s because the hotel worker 4 hours prior to my arrival checked someone else in under my reservation! They didn’t do a proper ID check, my room, and my personal information were given to someone else. My address as well as the last 4 of the card I used for booking was printed out on their receipt , and I had all of their information on my receipt! Their address, last 4 of their card number etc. Upon arriving to our new room , that was a trek away from the location of our original room that was given to strangers, it was FLITHY. Pictures will be provided. The floors have NEVER been mopped, the couch was dirty, the walls , bed frames, everything was dirty. My sheets literally had burn holes in them I had to request new sheets. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stepped inside, I mean red roofs look 5 star compared to this place. The microwave blew up when I tried microwaving a cup of noodle for my toddler . I was furious and waited until the morning to speak with a manager! Upon speaking with the manager in the morning I can see why the employees aren’t properly trained. She was the most rude, unprofessional acting & looking manager I have ever encountered in my life. She had no regard for the check in mistake, no regard for my personal information being handed to someone else or theirs handed to myself. She was more concerned with whomever she was texting with prior to me stepping up to the counter . Waste of $. Awful

Location, location, location
We were refugees from Hurricane Milton. We stopped on our way back from Columbus GA when we realized we couldn’t safely return for another day. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was decent, we don’t go in for fancy. We just needed a place to stay. What we didn’t bargain for was the amazing sight outside our balcony. Beautiful white sands, stunning beaches, and a magnificent sunset. We plan to return for a quick getaway.

I rented 3 rooms 410 411 and 412. Location was perfect! The pool and bbq, game area was nice! Room 412 the beds weren’t the best, the bathroom door kept coming loose(only had 1 screw holding it in) and the tub could used an update. All 3 rooms could have used a good mopping. Caulking could use a good cleaning or new. There wasn’t enough towels in the rooms but they gave more at the office. Was glad to see all rooms had fridge and microwave bc that’s wasn’t listed. No bugs! It’s not the Hilton but ur not paying Hilton prices. For what I paid I was more than happy with what we got. I would definitely stay here again
