This place was so so nasty. The hallway in the room had toilet water coming up thru the tile. No stopper for tube, the shower didn’t work very well. They had cleaned and replaced at some time before we arrived the A/C filter which was left on the balcony. This place does allow pets and you could smell them bad in the only elevator they had. If you book on line they don’t tell you that you have to put up a $50.00 deposit for room damages, which you get back in 3 to 5 days. Furniture out dated and needs repair or better yet replaced. No hot tube. I could go on but I’ve spent to much money and time on this place. Good Luck.

Price is great. Noisy rooms from doors closing footsteps, etc. TV service is way below average. Only 1 elevator, but no long waits. Room cleaning service is spotty and you have to speak Spanish to get results. Overall, I'd stay again for the price.

We did not stay. We got to our room and there was sunlight coming in from around the door, dirt all over the floor, toilet wouldn’t flush, bed sheets had holes and stains all in them.

We were lucky to be able to check in early. We got a real deal on room.it was a great location, right on the beach. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned after 2 nights. Sand was everywhere and no good way to get rid of it. Overall a good place to stay on a budget.

I understand roaches in Florida are a thing .. just not in the room. Lbs That mfk was like 3 inches long and an inch wide!! Needless to say keep your things in your bags and off the ground. Sheets were clean, language barrier with most staff. Ya gta pay for ice..

Our stay was amazing but Expedia left out some details regarding the deposit and requirements for reservations PRIOR to checking in. That was unexpected and extremely frustrating. But Seahaven Beach Hotel was accommodating and very helpful and professional while addressing my concerns.

Not for Families to stay.
That place needs complete refurbishment. Cleaning is poor. That metal bed makes noise all night even u move a bit. Its ok if you need a place to sleep only. We booked 2 rooms, for which on check inn. Took $100 as security or whatever and told you will get back once you will checkout. but have to wait for 5 working days and got about $95 back. We left the room more cleaner than we got. As we were staying with family so we did deep cleaning on first day. Thanks to Wallmart close by.
