This was our worst stay at this hotel we have stayed here multiple times over the last 2 years, the shower didn’t drain well, part of the rooms carpet was wet and made the room smell musty, and on our last night our A/C went out at 100 AM

We enjoyed staying off the strip, the slot machines and table games were more affordable, I like the types of slot machines which are not available in all casinos on the strip and were not just in "pods", more like the pre-pandemic era.

What a disappointment to stay at the Orleans. Pool was nice-but lots of drunks playing personal speakers everywhere with the competing ultra loud music speakers blaring. Could not hear to talk to anyone. Drink specials were $22 each! $45 resort fee, and no one was smiling. No buffet, and TGIF is tired. Great Asian restaurant tho! Live band music was ok, but obviously for locals. Glad they were enjoying the dance floor! Room was old and bathroom tiles n tub beyond their years of function. No shuttles, no public transit . Nothing! All in all.. a true disappointment after 7 visits previously. The dealers were all pan faced and felt like droids were running the casino games. Not a happy place… wanna stay off strip? Go to Southpoint! They are smiling!!

I’ve been going to The Orleans for 25 years. I like the free parking & many dining options. The staff at Big Al’s has always been excellent. The only negative is the resort fee. I don’t use the spa or pool. And there is no longer coffee in the rooms. I also like the new self check in kiosk

The Orleans offers many different options to residents during their stay. There are many dining options, movie theatres, gift shops and easy access to outlying areas as well as convenient off sight shopping, as well as a close location to the Strip and Freemont Street. Not my first time there, but I would definitely go back. I highly recommend this resort. Staff is very friendly and efficient too.
