The staff was wonderful. The breakfast package is totally worth it and the food was good. The rooms are really small. Toilet and shower combined room. Sinks are 1/2 size and no room for luggage. If you are staying for an overnight it is fine but not for long stays. Very convenient to the airport just a short walk across.

Bed in the room was pushed to the walls in 3 sides, so it was not possible not to disturb one's partner. Room was too small for 2 people comparatively to other hotels in CDG for the same price.

It’s clean and well kept. The rooms are like small pods. It has everything you need but squished into a tiny space and the facilities are pretty basic. Bed is comfortable. It’s fine for a quick overnight if flying from the CDG airport

Great hotel, great internet. Stay here if you have early morning flights or trains to catch. Hotel does have a good vibe. Has a room downstairs for ironing clothes. The App is easy to use and makes being in the room easy. Food at hotel is mid but will get you through the hunger. Drinks are good. You should know rooms are small and privacy is limited- know the person you are sharing the room with well!

The citizenM is catchy and interesting and fun. The lobby restaurant and bar is great for a short stay. The food is pretty good. The rooms are very small and have a quirk. Only one side of the bed is accessible. The person on the inside has to climb over the other person to get out of bed.

This hotel was our saving grace during our hectic travels through France. As tired backpackers on their 14th day of travel landing in Paris at 11PM Citizen M was our light at the end of the tunnel. I know this sounds dramatic but seriously, best hotel I have ever stayed in. Easy walk from Terminal 3 (no shuttle needed), extremely friendly front desk and 24/7 bar, our room was clean and comfortable. The tv has a screen cast option to easily airplay your phone. Soaps, lotion, air conditioning, etc. all provided. Would highly recommend after a long day of travel, I have nothing but good things to say. We ended up getting an extra night and were also given free coffees by the bartender before we checked out. Friendly staff, safe and comfortable hotel, 10/10.
