The receptionist Jamie black African guy doesn’t know how to treat hotel clients because if I have a package arrive at the front desk every hotel have power to deliver it to your room when you asked for that he hang up the phone on you and doesn’t respond or say he won’t or won’t allow the delivery to come to your room and have to come downstairs for it .even if you tell him ain’t feeling well and have bad cold can’t move he won’t even respond .I never enjoyed my stay this time

Most of the staff was mediocre at best. The area was was mostly apartment buildings, every thing closed early. The 21 bus, which was the closest at Glacier Tolbiac stopped running early many nights. The closest Metro was #6 at Glacier, several blocks away. it was shut down some nights at 10pm.

Staff was friendly when they were available, breakfast was amazing and the wine machine was intriguing!! All common areas were beautiful and up to date. The pillows were not that great. Overall, great stay!

I stayed in the B55 hotel with my family, we had 2 connected rooms. The rooms were beautiful, very clean. Beds were large and comfortable. Staff were very nice and polite.

Great Hotel in a Nive Neighborhood
Had an excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable hotel. About a 10 minute walk to the Glacière metro station. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was excellent and hot drinks available at all times.

Good location easily accessible to tourists areas. Be careful with the city tax we was told via the website that we booked (Expedia) that it would be one price but at checkout the hotel said the city tax was actually more than double what Expedia said it would cost. We paid an extra €30 for 2people for 3 nights

Lovely hotel, very comfy beds and all the bsdics you need in a room. The pool is extra onto of price so we did not use this as it was a flying city visit but a great extra if you are prepared to pay and wantbthid feature.
