Semi friendly staff, the lady was friendly and ok. Place is clean but old and super small. There are no common tables and chairs to sit and have a drink/eat with what you bring back. Elevator only for 3 people with small bags. Also strange when asked to leave room keys when you go out. Super noisy you can hear the people in the other rooms. Overall clean location, 10 to 15 minute walk to the tower Eiffel.

Location is excellent walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries, mini market. THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. No mini refrigerator in the room. No tv in English.

El espacio, justo lo necesario no esperes un cuarto amplio, estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones, el area que estaba muy cerca de la torre y de restaurantes y tiendas. Lo que no nos gustó, tienes que dejar la llave del cuarto cuando sales del hotel, no me gusta mucho la idea, el elevador se dañó en una ocasión y lo menos que me gustó que ellos controlan el aire acondicionado, por la mañana lo apagan temprano lo que por el dia no puedes estar con el aire prendido pq lo bloquean y lo manejan con una tablet, si pago por un cuarto de hotel con aire quiero manejarlo yo.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. When I got to my room, it was a nightmare. The cleanliness was below par, floor was disgusting and bed linens, and the bathroom had a moldy smell and was really unhygienic. The furniture looked outdated and in poor condition. The advertised pictures are totally misleading. Overall, my stay at the hotel was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location is convenient as it is close to the major attractions. The staff was nice and helpful. However keep in mind that this is a very very small room. Don’t expect to be able to open your luggage flat. The bathrooms were so small that my husband couldn’t use the toilet without his legs sticking out of the bathroom door. The bedspreads should be changed, they are worn out and had holes in it in both rooms that we rented.
