It was perfect! We loved the lobby, people, food, bar, and did I say the sweet people that worked there. Our room was small but very well done and the king size bed was wonderful after long days playing tourist!

Amazing hotel with excellent service. Was greeted with a welcome drink and allowed early check in. The beds were so comfortable and mini bar was fully stocked and complementary with snacks and drinks. Located in a nice neighborhood close to jardin du Luxembourg. Not very close to a lot of attractions but lovely area. Felt very luxurious and great value for money.

I liked the fact that the staff was so excellent. Upon arrival a young lady actually came outside of the hotel to help us with our luggage. She saw us pull up in our taxi and left the front desk to help. All of the staff from this young lady to the young men were so professional, a true reflection of excellence. They had a restaurant with limited offerings however, there were so many surrounding restaurants within a block that it didn’t really matter to us. We also used Uber eats for outside delivery. The famed Le Bon Marché is only a couple of blocks away. We invited a friend from Aix-en-Provence to stay with us in her own room that we paid for and she also had a wonderful time in room 207 a king room. Rooms in Paris are known to be smaller than in the USA however we had a junior suite which was the size of a regular room in the USA. The drinks in fridge and the snacks supplied every day were included in the cost of the junior suite and they were replenished everyday. Our room 401, was quiet as well as close to the elevator with a walk-in shower. A perfect location as I use a walker and a mobility scooter. The perfect location. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights and noticed problems.
I have given this hotel 3 stars which I think is fair based on what I noticed over the 5 nights we stayed at this hotel. Our room was on the 7th floor (top floor) and it was uncomfortably hot even with AC on max. The room was small and really had little space for clothing and suitcases.The staff adjusted the AC but it was still too warm. The hotel seemed short staffed. The beautiful downstairs bar was closed due to lack of a bartender and the breakfast that was included was a problem every morning due to staffing issues. On the plus side, it’s in a wonderful location, the front desk was very helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

The hotel is new and not everything is working as far as the amenities. The sauna is closed. The speakeasy is closed. The restaurant is very clumpy and its service. However, the rooms are very quiet and clean and the shower is lovely.
