The receptionist when i checked in on august 22 around 730 pm or 8pm a male staff was very rude. He is of middle eastern ethnicity. He made me cry. And your beddings and towels are smelly, it doesnt smell clean

I booked this hotel based on reviews saying it had a friendly staff and it was true. My husband and I were there for a few days and entire staff was always super friendly and helpful. I very much appreciated that on first day, our room had the handle to the window broken which made us uneasy since it was very close to roof and staff put us in another room day after. Very much appreciated. Rooms are super small but hey you get the Parisian experience. Also as a side note, super cute and friendly cafe across the street called Cafe Louise, great way to start the day!

i choose this hotel for location. we did only travel by Uber. However this location was really great as all sites we wanted to see were very close. The hotel itself was by several nice cafes, great bakery, a general merchandise store ( very good for all those little things). discount souvenirs shop. Very safe walkable neighborhood. metro close by. Each staff member really added to our adventure with information, great tips, added tips bits on our tours, and an explanations of so many facts and stories of Paris. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotels in Europe are very different than in the US with regards to amenities. In Europe, it is customary there are no ac's, however, most provide fans within the room. Not this hotel -- my stay in September resulted in a miserably hot environment. Carpeting smelled like wet dogs, especially at night. Hotel location is brilliant. Staff and super friendly and rooms are spacious. Only downside is the sound proofing, windows don’t seal closed and being on the front where there is traffic and people walking passed it got very noisy which woke us in the night.
