good hotel bad neighborhood
the interior is clean and staff are very friendly by Paris standards. The only down side is the neighborhood. it is in the 18th, not the safest neighborhood in Paris.

It was good.
It was close to the subway station and near the monoprix, so it was good to buy groceries and necessary supplies. The kindness of the counter staff was the best. Breakfast was only bread, beverage, coffee. It is common in Paris, but the 6th floor without the elevator was very good to exercise. ^^ The room was clean and cleaned every day.

This property doesn’t really advertise that it is a 6-floor hotel with no elevator. So we of course got a room on the six floor, and lugged our heavy bags up six floors of narrow stairwell. On one of the hottest days in Paris, with no air conditioning in the rooms, and not even a real window that we could keep open at night to cool off. We kept the door open for as long as we could before going to bed. The actual room looked quite nice and was clean, had a tv and fan, and it is quite close to the metro. So this place probably works well if you have light luggage or just backpacks, or stay on one of the first floors. And if you don’t need the air conditioning.

Preisleistung war voll in Ordnung beim Frühstück familiäre Atmosphäre (zB. Butter kann man selbst aus dem Kühlschrank holen) leider gibt es keinen Aufzug (Fitnesshotel ohne Geräte) im Zimmer fehlen Haken zum Jacken aufhängen und Betten werden etwas lieblos gemacht (kein Wunder das arme Zimmermädchen muss ja auch alles laufen). Echt klasse ist der Kühlschrank im Zimmer, jedoch gibt es keinen Klimaanlagen als Ersatz steht ein Ventilator im Zimmer. Für Kurzurlaub ist es jedoch sehr zu empfehlen.

Superbe hôtel, chambre moderne et lit super confortable. Très propre et le personnel est ultra attentionné. Seul petit bémol est le secteur qui est, disons, moins acceuillant pour une femme seule. Mais outre ça, le prix est excellent et je recommande. A côté d'un métro et d'une petite épicerie (Monoprix)
