Very basic but was in ideal location for the taylor swift concert, this was the only reason we stayed at this Hotel.

We attended a concert at the arena (7 minute walk), so this was very convenient. We had a one-bedroom suite for 4 of us-a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, and a small kitchen. The staff at the hotel was wonderful-allowed us to check in early and were very helpful with all our questions. Plus, it's directly next to (above) the metro/RER station, so extremely convenient. There are a lot of dining choices around as well.

It was quite difficult to find the hotel but the receptionist staff - Wendy in particular - made the process very easy. It would have been nice to know before booking that our accommodation was across the square, rather than in the same building as the car park

We stayed in this property due to a concert, the arena is under a 10-minute walk. The studio apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. Overall we had a great weekend stay

Room was clean and tidy. All basic essentials provided. Happy that there was a fridge and kettle that we used. 2 min walk to the underground that allowed us to get around super easy. Convenient store just outside the building which had everything we could possibly need.

I am feeling sad to share this review. I stayed here for 2 nights and complained that WC and Shower cabin are leaking every time you use it and Hotel manager said this is as expected as they have not renovated the hotel. How inhuman it is :( I have asked them to change the room on my first day and they said they are 100% full and there is no way they can change it. Second day evening they mentioned that same problem may exists in the other room as well even after changing it because they often hear these complaints from many guest!! Please try to avoid this hotel if possible. Never ever take a chance to live here. It is better to live outside this hotel on the bench for free and take a public toilets !!!!

Great location it it definitely does not look like the pictures. The apartments are old and moldy. The refrigerator was broken. The bathroom was rusty and moldy. The wallpaper was peeling and the bathroom toilet was peeling on the seat. Please see pics below. I was not expecting it to stay like a 5 star but this was well below my expectations.

J'ai demandé une facture de la taxe de séjour pour me faire rembourser mes frais professionnels... Résultat on me sort une facture qui ne correspond pas au montant payé (la facture est d'un montant inférieur à ce que j'ai payé)!!! Demandant à nouveau la facture on me dit que ce n'est pas possible car la facture a été archivée. Je demande donc une solution et on me promet un remboursement de l'écart entre la facture émise (que je peux me faire rembourser) et le montant réellement payé. Super mais plus de 10 jours après j'attends toujours!!! En résumé, hôtel correct (sans plus pour un 4*) mais incapables d'éditer une facture...
