A bit disappointed
The room was fine, but there was an issue with elevators that could've been handled a lot better. People stranded in fire stairs etc. And the exit barrier of the parking building not operating properly. Last thing, I left a smart watch in the room which I immediately messaged the hotel about. It was obviously found as I had a notification it was reset. Though I've heard nothing.

The area felt unsafe and no safe free parking area. To close to apt. Complex with trash in city parking lot. The king size bed had indentions in the mattress. I did mention to the clerk and they would tend to the matter.

Don’t have any complaints ! Staff was friendly bed was great room smelled clean looked clean the parking is slightly annoying but for the price I paid I feel like I got a really good deal.

Rooms were a bit dated but overall had a great stay. The front desk staff were very polite and nice. Pool was decent and the gym had enough machines to get a quick workout. In door parking for $21 per night was convenient. However, there's a free parking lot down the block where you can park at your own risk. In all a great stay for a getaway in Dallas.
