Loud music started at 11 pm through the walls and floor until 5 am the first night and 3 am the second. Called the desk nothing was done. Didn’t know how to handle my reservation. Kept trying to charge my credit card for a prepaid reservation. Too busy face timing with ear buds in to help customer “Breakfast” was cereal and nasty waffle mix. Stains on the floors. No water pressure in the sink. Toilet seats were broken and nasty. I’d rather poop in a bag than sit in that seat . Never again ever. Ever. EVER

Dirty! Uncleaned rooms
Someone's used soap in the shower, dirty sock under the blanket. Bathroom/toilet uncleaned. Staff was very polite, but room was atrocious. Definitely will not stay again. Stayed in a king non-smoking room, on 1st floor.
