Eh got the job done
Hotel used to be a Four Points by Sheraton. Converted over to a Quality Inn. Hotel looks pretty neglected from the common areas but the room was comfortable. WiFi was not working at all.

Our first room was not clean. We requested (and received) a new, clean room. The staff was very friendly. I'd say that the place needs a renovation. There were some areas that had been spruced up, but they need to do more. It was unfortunate that the hotel air conditioner wasn't working. The air in the room worked fine.

We checked in and room had not been cleaned from previous stays The gave us another room and the blankets and sheets were dirty and stained. The toliet was moldly. We asked to leave and was told he canceled our reservation but we were still charged. Called hotels.com and were told they do not refund call hotel. We lost our money and was ran around by both companies. Will never stay at their chain again and I doubt I will use hotels.com!

Inn was rundown , needs updating. Room was dirty upon arrival. Got another room and then discovered that there was no hot water. Couldn't even get a shower! We asked for our money back and checked out and went to another facility. Won't bother staying at the Quality Inn in the fiture.

This place was an absolute DUMP! I could not believe how disgustingly dirty and run down this place was! I chose this place for the amenities and those were a joke! Pool was closed my entire stay , they advertise breakfast and all that was offered was yogurt and sliced bread. They had a waffle maker but there was never any batter. Other patrons were complaining as well. Wish there was a spot to post the pics i took of how dirty the place was. I would NEVER stay here again

The pool wasn't open,no food for breakfast,the exterior of the property wasn't taken care of grass and plants are over grow same with interior plants,no one at the front desk when a problem arose,our key quite working at 10:30 check wasn't til 11 had to track down the desk clerk. Would NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.THE OWNER SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED !!!

We have stayed some days in the hotel.The environment around is quite good near the natural forest and celery bog so we can walk and run in the forest trail. We like our stay here. the hotel amenities are good though seems little outdated.the room rate is also reasonable for our stady.there's also shuttle to Chicago airport which is quite convenient.

Needs an overhaul
The center of the hotel has an indoor pool in an open atrium that makes the heat, humidity and chlorine waft through the entire building. The fixture plugs didn't work in my room. The public area rugs and walls are filthy. Stains everywhere. The room was clean, luckily, or I would have left. I would only stay again in an emergency when everything else at Purdue is booked.

You pay what you get. Attended Purdue graduation and couldn't find anywhere available. Didn't want to stay far away from the campus. The hotel was the only choice. The room wasn't as clean as expected and was outdated which is expected. The location is great and only less than 10 minutes to the campus. The price during the graduation days was very high.

The people working there were kind, but the rooms were humid, smelled like smoke, and were seriously not clean. The tub was dirty, shower curtain was moldy, stains on the carpet, trash behind the bed, etc. We paid almost $1500 for two rooms for two nights on graduation weekend which is absolutely atrocious. This was the only open room we could find, but for them to have the gall to charge that much for these rooms even on graduation weekend is insane.

My hotel room was extremely dirty. There was dirt and hair all around the edges/corners of the bathroom and dried urine on the base of the toilet. The pillow cases were dirty with previous occupant hair and dirt. I requested clean pillow cases and had to put them on myself. There was no handset on the phone in the room and everything was dusty and dirty. The tub was clogged and drained extremely slowly. Disgusting. Can provide photos upon request.

The staff was very friendly and professional. However, the inside of the hotel was filthy- carpet stains in the lobby, looks like nothing has been vacuumed in a very long time, almost looked like an abandoned building. The bathroom floor in my hotel room had hair that wasn't mine on it and the shower head was like bathing under a firehose. Again, the staff was nice, the filthy hotel was not.

Very tired and aged property, staff were great but it’s a bit of a dump, the toilet in our bathroom was unflushed from who knows when. Expensive couple of nights for our son’s graduation, glad we won’t ever stay there again
