A little gem in Petoskey with a beautiful view!
Great view of the water and close to town. Rooms recently remodeled. It was a great small Inn. We would stay there again!

I hate giving bad reviews, but we will not be staying at this property again. It smelled like mold and mildew the entire time we were there. They tried to cover up the smell with chlorine, but it did not work. It was clean and newer, however there was water under the bathroom floor that was squishy and the condensation from the toilet Also ran onto the floor in the bathroom, causing a smell. The quarters, specially, in the bathroom were tight and cramped. We could not find regular TV so we logged into our own Netflix account. Also, there was no staff so we had no one taking out our trash or making our beds or refilling the towels. We were there for the hot air, balloon festival and the price was good, but as I already said, we will not be staying there again.

Brand new furniture. Comfortable bed. Clean except the screen windows need to be replaced. Also, the radiators were extremely dusty and the air conditioner rain all night and was noisy. Other than that…all good!

The outside of the property was not clean and had many cobwebs around the benches, railings, and outdoor hallway ceiling. It just looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Our room was fine, but the shower floor needed regrouting around the edges. What was there was not pleasant to look at. Also the floor heater in the bathroom needed paint. The rest was fine, but in general could have been much better. It should be the work of a maintenance crew, not the person who cleans the rooms.

Cute room
While the outside of the hotel shows the wear of its age, and hasn't been updated, the room was very nicely furnished and updated. I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. There were several kcups and a handful of teabags, nothing decaf though. My only complaints is there was not much water pressure in the shower, possibly due to the updated showerheads? Also the shower did not drain well, so you were standing in a puddle of water while showering. Otherwise the room was nice for the price.

Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. We were delighted with the view from our room, spectacular! The water pressure in the shower wasn't ideal but overall we were happy with the place & price.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and we were very impressed with the property. The amenities were a nice touch- Keurig coffee maker and everything you need for coffee and tea! Our room was super clean and decorated nicely. It felt like we were guests in someone’s home, rather than a hotel! Location was wonderful and so was the price! No problems checking in, easy to communicate with property via text or phone if needed. Will definitely be back for future trips to the area!

Entered an unusually warm room on a hot day. Window air conditioning needed multiple steps to operate correctly. Bathroom / Shower door would not close shut. No room service the next day. Our garbage was piled up and not renewed - toilet paper not enough - bugs had webs just beyond the entrance / exit door as we stepped outdoors - no elevator service despite 12 steps exposed to the outdoor weather - two small cockroaches around the Keurig Coffee Maker.

Our family of 3 stayed 1 night and enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the modern decor and cleanliness of our room. Small glitch with everyone that checked in the same time we did. For some reason our codes to enter our rooms didn’t work. Called the # that was listed and they picked up immediately and helped us out. We would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Petoskey.

Loved the location and the view! A little removed from downtown, but right in the middle between Bay Harbor and the “in”crowd and Petoskey Bay Front Park. Highway 31 goes by in front of the inn, but they provide earplugs, or better yet, in the summer, turn on the AC! Loved the self-check in. I did not receive the code via email, but called, and a very helpful staff member gave me my code. Very comfortable bed! The shower was a bit slim, but fine for most people. Just be aware if you are a larger person. Great stay with super location.
