Happy Days and Nights is a beautiful, hilltop bed and breakfast with winery that includes a fully equipped tasting room containing hundreds of bottles of artisanal wine, hand-crafted on the premises.

The room has 1 queen size bed and private bathroom. Must climb stairs. There is a flat screen tv, a personal fan, A/C, and fireplace. Guests enjoy clean sheets, towels and hand cloths, a hair dryer, and free toiletries. There is breakfast included every morning and a buffet bar in the Sunset House dining room with coffee, tea, water, fruit, dry cereal, and nutritional health samples for guests to enjoy.

Shared access to dining room, sitting room, board game room, exercise room, outdoor hot tub, and sauna. Cook to order breakfast included. You will get a menu for each morning. Time spots are limited and are first come first pick.

Happy days and nights provided just the rest and relaxation that we needed. The hosts and the property definitely provided everything we needed to make our stay amazing. They also provided great suggestions for dinner and color touring keeping us very close to the B&B and both were nothing short of spectacular! We couldn’t have asked for more! Best B&B we have stayed in to date anywhere! Hosts Chris and Jennifer could not have been more friendly or accommodating, also professional and full of great info. The made-to-order breakfast was amazing! And Finn the black pug made our stay even more wonderful with his love and friendliness! My husband had a wine tasting with host Chris and their tasting room is really a cool spot. This is in a great location by Petoskey. Can’t recommend this beautiful place enough. I wish we were in the area more often.

Great winter getaway!
This was a lovely home base for exploring northern Michigan in the winter with my partner! From the beautiful hilltop location, to the complementary breakfast (made to order!) and complementary wine tasting, the amenities on offer were great, and Chris and Jess were wonderful hosts.

Chris and Jessica warmly welcomed us as soon as we arrived. They go above and beyond to make it feel like home away from home with water, coffee, snacks and relaxation options of indoor or outdoor sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi, exercise bike and reading or game room. Breakfast is deliciously personalized to your preference. Property is clean, cozy and comfortable. There is a Keurig, so you could bring your own hot chocolate or apple cider K-cups (for non-coffee drinkers). Ask about breakfast time availability beforehand. Times are first come, first serve.

Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but were only minutes from everything.
We had the entire wing of the house to ourself. Took advantage of all the amenities, indoor spa, hot tub and sauna! A private winery on-site with free wine tasting was a bonus. The breakfast was made to order and delicious 😋. The host were accommodating and let us leave our dog while we enjoyed a day on the ski hills that were only a 3 minute drive. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!
