ROOM FILLED WITH BUGS
BUGS literally scattered when I turned the lights on. LOTS of bugs. The floor was sticky and the cabinet was broken. Got stuck here because of a flight delay, and got a last minute hotel after midnight. GROSSEST stay ever, and I was in the military.

We were coming from a wedding and called to say we were gonna be late checking in. We were told if we weren’t there by a certain time they would cancel our reservation and we would be charged the full amount and not given the room even if we showed up after that time but before our check out time. There were people sitting on the floor and luggage in the lobby like they were either loitering or had been waiting around for a while. The elevator had skin all over the ground. Yes, skin like someone was peeling after being sun burnt and throwing it on the floor. I was in the room for about 5 minutes total before deciding I was not staying there. The floors were dirty, unswept, and sticky. The bed had urine stains all over, the appliances, cupboards, and counters in the kitchen were rusted and falling apart. There was a roach trap in the corner of the room. Disgusting doesn’t cover it. I turned around and checked out.

Stay away from this place!
The first room they gave us was in shambles. Seems like a smoker stayed in that room for YEARS. The shower had flys in it the light switches and outlets were stained everything had a film on it. When we complained they put us in another room. Still just as bad. Was a little bit cleaner. There were cockroaches. And for being a pet friendly place, wasn’t very cat friendly which is what we had with us. The fridge wasn’t put up against the wall leaving a gap for the cat to get behind and almost stuck. And because he has white fur we left there with him being yellow tinted and greasy feeling.

Poor room condition
The hotel definitely not worth the price paid. Had to ask for basic amenities(iron and things for the in room kitchenette. There was some type of construction on my floor, the room door was hard to open and close. The shower curtain did not close properly on either side of the rod so the floor got wet. The tub was peeling and the overall condition of the room and lobby was poor. Aside from that there were groups of people just hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking both at night and when I left after checkout. If it wasn’t because of convenience and other hotels in the area sold out I would not chosen to stay here.

Yikes!
I paid for a king bed room and got a full size bed (said it was queen but there’s no way) I got charged for the king anyways. The bathroom sink was clogged, the handle on the door was broken, all the drawers in the dresser were broken the freezer did not work, there was a bug in the bathroom. The sheets and bed cover were ripped I’ll add the pictures once I get back home

NEVER AGAIN!
The place was filthy! There was dirt all over the hallway carpet. The shower curtain had dried blood on it. Half the lights in the room were broken, the metal of the bed frame was exposed and scraped one of us, there were bugs crawling on the sink in the kitchen, dirty towels, just disgusting!

Old building with paper thin walls and NO amenities. Had a kitchenette with completely empty cabinets- not a glass or a dish or even a paper towel . Just one roach crawling under the counter. No extra blanket or pillow. There was coffee and packaged muffins available in the morning. I really resented paying $12.50 to park in their very dark lot for the night.

The property was being updated during my stay which I understand. Unfortunately they were working to the room right next to my room. It was loud, smelled strongly of marijuana, and there was it least two cockroaches in my room. One was behind my bed and one was in the kitchen area. The “breakfast” was nutrigrain bars and coffee. My Uber drivers suggested I not leave the hotel on a walk saying “I wouldn’t go out if I was you.”

We waited almost 20 minutes to check in due to short staffing. Once we got our rooms, the bathroom was dirty, the fridge was dirty, the tv barely worked, we had our smoke detector ripped out, and there were roaches sporadically crawling the floor and bathroom.

I was disappointed about this hotel. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of noise both from A/C in the room and the unruly occupants. Also, no staff was on duty the whole night to make report to. There was poor TV service in the room without remote. We also informed online while booking that there is breakfast. We found out it was coffee. The one that broke the camel’s back was parking lot has to be paid for and we had to pay $100 security deposit. This the worst hotel I have ever lodged. I wish and hope all my money is refunded because the service was terrible. I will never stay at any Extended stay hotel again.

I would not stay here, ever. In fact I checked in and checked out the same night. It is in an unsafe area, it was dirty and unkept. The staff was not nice and complained about other guests. Once I left, the driver that picked me up told me it was the worst hotel in the area and that I should of never booked a room. I regret even considering it.
