They messed up my reservation in the computer and kept knocking on my door and even trying to open my door, to tell me I was supposed to be checked out. They even brought another couple to my door to tell me they were supposed to be staying in my room. I felt like I couldn’t relax and was unable to rest. I will never stay here again and if I could demand a full refund I would.

The entire trip was absolutely wonderful the only thing I wasn’t a fan of on Expedias part was the hidden fees. Expedia should just include that in thier price, a girls trip away ended up costing an extra 1000 because they don’t tell you about resort fees and car rental insurance that isn’t covered by them when you purchase it.

Room was nice. Lots of work going on outside my room the entire day. So was not very peaceful. The Hilton grand vacations offer, was 125 of my stay or a free night at the concierge. Neither was given. Offered only a MasterCard if I took a tour I did not have time for. Yes, this property was purchased by Hilton. I was unaware.

Pools were very nice. Some kind of motor running all night, off and on. Really difficult to sleep. Watching a sporting event at adult bar and they closed right as main attraction was starting. About 9:30 pm. Very disappointing.

Large property with two pools and hot tubs. We relaxed in the cool evenings in the warmth of the hot tub and met some great people. Employees were very friendly. The pool bartender was top notch! Will stay again!

At checkin, no one gave me a wristband or parking pass, only for me to later be awkwardly told as I was entering the pool that I needed a wristband to enter, and to go back to the front desk. The big pool itself is wonderful. The room however was not like the misleading pictures showing nice windows & light in the kitchen/living area. Not a single window in the living area. I get that rooms are "individually decorated", I suppose I just lucked out with the "dungeon theme". Dining table & chairs crammed so close to the fridge that it was literally impossible to open the fridge door without having to move furniture! The room was an "adjoining room", and the entire first evening, night, & morning was filled with incessant noises, voices, shuffling, banging etc from next door. To top it off, I turned down the bed duvet later that night only to find 2 large stains on the sheets! They charge an additional $28 "resort fee" (not made obvious when I made the booking, and for what?), but perhaps with their "resort fee" they could afford to at least replace stained sheets! Disgusting. Day 2, with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, a maintenance person knocks, wants to come in to inspect Internet connectivity. Um, what does "Do Not Disturb" mean? When I mentioned the bed sheet & other issues to the maintenance guy, he said he'd see what he could do. Nothing was done. At checkout, there was no "thank you", no "how was your stay", just a "you're good to go". I couldn't wait to leave!

We like the location, pool area, food truck, easy access to stores. We thought the cleanliness of areas in elevator and outside our room area could use attention, the rooms were clean, but when we were in our room someone before us left behind perfume and nail polish in vanity drawers that didn’t get cleaned. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$! We booked through Expedia at a great price, however, did not know till time of check in that there was an additional fee of $25 PER DAY. The room was absolutely gross! There was splattered grease and food all over the cooktop. (Thankfully, we were planning on eating out during our stay). The floors were so dirty our feet were black. I made our young children wear their flip flops the whole time. The carpet was frayed & torn at the tile transition. There was a layer of dirt on the top of the towel bars, in the corners by the tub surround and all along the floor tile. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed so you were sleeping on the mattress cover by morning. The bedding for the pull out sofa had a strong chemical smell. The pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable. All of the fixtures and room decor is out of date. Parking is terrible. Trust me...the pics you see online are not what you get. If they are trying to sell you a vacation ownership, then they should probably put you in a room worthy of owning and wanting to return. Maybe owners get to stay in nicer rooms?? We ended up leaving a day early. Funny...the girl at the front desk didn't even ask why? Was everything ok? etc? No customer service. They are just filling orders. Next time I will pay more and stay somewhere else!
