Ivonan at the front desk was exceptional, extremely kind and informative, polite, and courteous very nice person don’t lose her. The music at the pool I found inappropriate noise level very high felt like there was a DJ volume could’ve been lower and honestly the songs selection could be or have more variety maybe some mellow tunes reggae a mix not bum bum bum bum otherwise enjoyed my stay and Ivana was very nice and sweet and a very good help. Thank you.

We were told by a friend that the canopy hotel was a great place to stay and it did not disappoint! The pool and bar area are so nice and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely go back next time we visit Scottsdale.

This property was wonderful! It is very clean and great service. Ivana at the front desk was very demure very mindful. She was so nice and checked us in early. We stayed at a horrible hotel prior to this, and it restored our faith in Hilton again. My only regret is not ditching the bad hotel and coming here sooner! (If you are exploring multiple places in AZ don’t stay at Hilton in Sedona). Loved our stay, will definitely be back!

The bar attracted people not staying in the hotel . Who were loud and cursing non stop while my family tried to eat dinner both nights in the restaurant. We had to move our table one night . Food was tasty but they would not allow and changed to the menu .
