First time staying at a Pullman hotel so I’m not sure if how much they had for families was normal, but this Pullman hotel was Very good for families with small children. We could easily let our almost three year old explore the pool while we stood from a distance. Multiple levels of water height and lots of room for the little ones to play. They even had a bubble machine that blew massive bubbles into the water.
The beach also catered to families with kids by allowing strollers to access the ocean by way of a board walk to the water, to the beach chairs, to grassy areas.
The staff were so kind and curious. It made up for some of the issues with cleanliness. Welcome drinks were dirty when we arrived, it was hard to get our room cleaned, called three times one day just to have them come clean the room. Cigarette butts in the chair on the patio; never cleaned up. The floor to our room made your feet black for the first three days until we came in from the pool or out of the shower where we had to mop up the floor.
All in all, I would return with small kids. Just a few issues with room cleanliness.
