The room was in need of some updating and repairs. A large chunk of the ceiling texture missing, paint chips, throughout and mold in the bathroom. We also found cockroach which must be normal as the front desk didn’t bat an eye when we told them. . The room was also very dark in decor and lighting. We arrived at night and had to stumble through the dark room to try to find a light as there were no switches by the door that worked. The grounds looked like they were nice but we didn’t have a chance to check them out aside from walking to our room.

Nice hotel. Secure. Atrium in the middle with a pool area and seating. Rooms are very spacious and nicely equipped with soaps and shampoos. Coffee stand in the lobby is closed, unfortunately. Beds were comfortable enough. Stayed one night. I would stay here again.

Stinky and unkept.
Our room was $130 for one night which it STUNK horribly like musty Cigarettes and Ashtrays. Made me sick to my stomach. We propped opened the door and the sliding door to a not so much balcony over parking lot, for over an hour and it still smelled awful. The refrigerator was warm.and freezer had a puddle of water in tray that when I pulled it out , it poured all over my legs and feet! DISGUSTING. I am glad we were only there for a half night before our 6 hr flight home. Never book there again.

Very comfortable. The parking lot is open to anybody walking by. There is a $12 dollar charge for parking. They could at least have a security guard walking the lot after dark.

Disappointing experience. Not worth the high price of $175 per night we paid. Front desk service was below average. Waited 30 minutes to check in. Breakfast was horrible. One staff person working in breakfast area and could not manage it. The ‘hot’ food was cold. We payed a surcharge for the breakfast and it was just a cheap continental buffet which should have been included with the hefty room charge. Room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel is old and roof leaking in the public walkway. Elevator near room was broken.

Loved This Hotel
This hotel exceeded my expectations. This was our 3rd time in Phoenix, and by far the best place we've stayed. The neighborhood is pretty clean. People were walking from the property across the street to the shopping centers. As for the property, the interior courtyard looks like a resort with a lovely pool (shaded in the afternoon), yard for games, and a gazebo with misters and chairs. There's also a restaurant attached but idk how the food is. The suites would be great for a longer stay. The beds were fantastic and the property was so quiet. The bathroom was small, and the TVs did not accomodate a Roku. The guest laundry did not have a working dryer, but there's a nice washateria down the street so nbd. We'll definitely be back!

This was a great place overall. My only complaint is the mold in the bathroom corners of the walls. Yaritza was the sweetest and made sure we had what we needed. The shuttle is very convenient too and from the airport. The breakfast was a little cold but good overall. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice room, spacious, clean, nicely decorated. The food was great at Burger Theory. I would have liked a 2nd choice like listed on website. Also some things on website they didn't have - they don't have a rooftop garden, only one restaurant not 2. The pictures show rooms with mountain views but I didn't have. (I asked after the fact so not their fault but there are limited mountain views). Otherwise, it was very nice for a 3 star hotel. Helpful and nice staff especially Chris in the restaurant (breakfast time) & Maddie at the front desk. Loved the lobby, Court yard, pool even though I didn't go in, gym etc.

Our first room was a nice surprise except for the dysfunctional toilet and tv. We tried to fix both but were then transferred to another room. The room did have a weird smell to it (My daughter said that it smelled like an old lady.), and we were charged $12 to park in the hotel parking lot. We didn't participate in the breakfast since there was a charge, but overall, we would stay here again. The room really was gorgeous, even though the smell was a little off-putting.

The stay was fine, nothing overly special. Cleanness was good as far as the room went, other areas could have used bit more attention. I did not like the idea of a parking fee of $12 per night, I believe this is getting abused by hotels. I was also surprised by the $250 charge for incidentals. And $16.99 for a breakfast was way over the top, the food was not different than any other hotel we stayed at that offered it for free with the room. I suppose because the location is by the airport, that it requires extra expense.

The overall property was ok. However, we were assigned a different room than what we booked on Expedia. As a result, I asked if the would comp us breakfast for our stay instead. They said they would. However, they only put our name down once for the breakfast and I had to ask multiple times to the front desk and every time they said they would get our names on the list but never dis for the remainder of the stay. The breakfast place took care of us, but not the hotel. Then, there were a couple of things we had to call service on and one time they forgot and I had to call again 30 minutes later to remind them and then another time, just slow service. So, the people were always nice, the place overall was decent, just a lack of detail and follow through which is why I rated it lower.

Cursed at by a homeless person when we got of our car. Then same homeless person went inside the hotel and cursed at my wife. Unsafe area. Dirty towel left in bathroom. Neither sink worked very well.
