I didn't like having to pay an additional $32 for parking. Then to find out parking wasn't even in the same building. It was around the corner a block away. Walking there and back in 110° weather was bs! Even though place was nice, location was great, I won't stay there again do to parking.

Day and night shift were both responsive and attentive! Food was chef’s kiss or whatever they say. My first time in Phoenix went for my first WNBA game which the arena was very walkable maybe even a shorter walk then the map suggested. Overall everyone was so friendly and welcoming!! I’ll be back..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This day was absolutely horrible. The hotel was under construction, and our suite had absolutely no view because all of our windows were taped with plastic that you could see through and it was super claustrophobic . Additionally, Hotels.com says there is a pool, but there is not one on site. The supposed manager Stephanie, said they did not have any other suites that weren’t in the construction zone. THEN construction started at 7am on the dot. We asked if we could have 2 separate rooms but they would not accommodate us without wanting to charge us more. We truly were SCREWED OVER! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HELL HOLE.

The stay was very nice. Our only complaint is the room got very warm during the night. The air conditioner turned off. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were cold. Overall stay was pleasant.

The hotel was clean and gym is excellent. The bed was comfortable. It could be improved by providing working ice machines and getting rid of the plastic-covered cushions in the rooms.
