This hotel was beautiful, inside and out. It felt like a tropical paradise with all of the greenery. The staff were kind and attentive and the room was so spacious! The pool and sauna were highlights. For those of you who don't love walking, this hotel is a 10 minute walk to the other shops and restaurants so keep this in mind. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Phuket.

The staff here is super friendly. The location is a ten minute walk from the beach. The hotel is dark because of the ceiling and how it feels enclosed. The doors are thin so noise travels into your room. The walls are thicker so can’t hear neighbors on that end. For the price it’s a good deal.

The resort was a real gem, incredible value for money, great pool and view, but the staff were the highlight! Jose, Oliver and the other wonderful young adults that served in the restaurant, cleaned our rooms, worked in reception, many of them escaping war in Myanmar, were polite, friendly, engaging and professional. Would highly recommend!

This place is really nice...excellent staff. .very attentive and caring.....beautiful pool area and the food is great...we hardly ate anywhere else...the walk to the beach is a little inconvenient but if you are able to rent a bike getting around is easy and fun...Karon beach is surprisingly nice...especially the southern area....had a great 9 days..

Pacific Club Resort really was our home away from home. The room was beautiful and clean, the rooftop pool was amazing, the restaurant served delicious food and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Sun - the hotel manager went above and beyond for not just us, but every one of his guests. We have never loved staying somewhere as much as we did here. You wont be disappointed with this resort.

Had the best stay at this hotel , amazing place , staff brilliant . Pool was excellent and open 24hrs for a midnight dip to cool off. Absolutely exceptional from the moment we booked to the moment we left . Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel in the Karon beach area.

I had a very good stay at this property, the staff and manger made it one of the best holidays ever. Restaurant on premises for breakfast, meals and beverages till late night. The pool area on rooftop has the most awesome views over Karon. Overall 10 out of 10.

When we arrived we were upgraded rooms at no charge. The service we received from the staff was awesome. Everyone was so kind and they were all very helpful. The room service was very good. I enjoyed having a massage service in the hotel. The view from the pool on the roof was beautiful. I would love to go back and stay again.
