The door that was supposed to be locked in order to get to the stairs to our room was unlocked & we didn’t have to use a key also had a dog down the hall from us that every time someone walked by the door the dog would bark so was a little noisy at times also downstairs had a smell for 2 days that smelled like skunk

Go somewhere else !!
This is not a place to stay or relax, whether for business or pleasure. Let's start as to driving up to the hotel .. grass hadn't been cut at all ..maybe all year ... check in person was nice and helpful, but a sign saying blood stains will be charged $60 ? WHAT!! only applies to women?? and she also didn't happen to mention the fact that there was no hot water. There is no maintenance and one entrance door is boarded up and can't be used unless left open. The first floor went through a "renovation" , while the second floor room could be condemned by the city if they saw them, sort of like the other buildings in the group. Second floor AC don't work, and there are holes in the walls. The first floor sliding doors have been sealed, so it basically a death trap if there is a fire in the hall. Guessing by the police activity throughout the night, it's a trade off of who or what worry about first. Not much to add other than go somewhere else.

Didnt like anything it was dirty, no number on outside of room so had to guess what room was ours, food under table by bed, tv had big crack on it, furniture was nasty, stained, sat on bed cause didnt dare sit on couch. Outside had trash all over the place, wasnt mowed. Door to go in propt open with a rock so anyone could enter. Never will come back there. Shouldnt of been that price for the nasty place.

this place is disgusting what ever you do spend the extra money roaches, other peoples hair on towels floor and bath tub. human feces in the bed. food stains on the wall. black mold in the bath room cue tips on the bath room floor. looks nothing like the pictures over grown grass crack heads in the lobby. one of the worst experiences of my life. genuinely again SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY.

The hotel was dirty, no hot water, outlets in room did not work, bathtub does not drain properly, faucet leaked all over when open and toilet kept running when flushed and the grass/weeds were not kept up also one of the entrance doors to the stairs did not work so had to go around to get in and when told to the staff all they said was we will let management know but no signs of correcting our stay. The worst and I DO NOT recommend anyone staying.

The balcony had old bottles of alcohol, no remote to operate TV, no cups to drink the coffee if we wanted too, the AC was so loud we had to turn it off so we could sleep which made it incredibly hot and uncomfortable

The hotel is outdated and not kept up. When we went in the room it was like it had been cleaned at with no shower curtain we got moved to a different room and it was worse than the first so I went and got cleaning supplies so I could clean the room. We had no towels in the room I had to go get some from front desk and that was not the only time during the stay that I had to chase people down to get towels. Also I must note that I called weeks before our stay to confirm reservation and make sure that they had a hot tub as it was listed which they said yes they did but what they failed to mention was it was not open for use. End table drawer wouldn’t close either and the toilet looked as if it had been used when we got to the room

No hot water for two consecutive days after reporting to front desk. Inoperable toilet for two consecutive days after reporting to front desk. New vinyl flooring was extremely dirty in addition to the rest of the room. Seemed to be of no concern to the staff. Was told I could contact the manager which was not on site. Ended up checking out earlier than my reservation and making other arrangements. After reading previous reviews of similar issues it is extremely hard to understand why Expedia would even have this hotel listed as one of their recommendations ???
