Our bathroom, shower and floor wasn’t very clean, We was told by the front desk pull up at nine. We go out to the pool and only for our two children to get wet then a gentleman comes and tells us we have to leave because it doesn’t Open till 10 and made us sit outside and wait. Then when I checked in, I had asked for a late check out she said I could have 12 noon that she would put it in my file so before returning to the room this morning after visit to the swimming pool, I had a phone call and knock at the door at 11:15 asking why our belongings were still in the room. The staff needs to do their job correctly so when we check in, obviously the lady didn’t do her job by not noting that we had late check out the staff the second day told us incorrect hour at the pool is open , you’re going to hire employees please at least assure that they do their jobs

Margaritaville for the WIN!
We have never stayed a Margaritaville resort and this experience has been a game changer! We will definitely be staying at a Margaritaville property in the future. The amenities at this property were amazing and family focused. The hotel was clean, all staff were very nice and helpful, the restaurant on site was great, and there were plenty of activities going on throughout the day for the kids and parents!

We enjoyed this property. It was clean and the rooms are on the larger size, perfect for families. I would recommend longer hours and earlier hours for restaurants and bars. Also, the coffee cafe was broken the entire stay. I would also recommend a gym. WHY NO GYM?

Loved this property! Our first time there and it’s been the best margaritaville we have stayed in! I did have to call down about 10:00 because someone locked there dog in their room and it was barking so loud keeping my girls up from going to bed, but they took care of it right fast! Will definitely be going back asap!

This is a very nice facility that accepts pets. It is easy to get in and out of but the parking can be challenging at times. The staff were very nice. Spills in common areas (lobby and hallways) should have been cleaned up faster.
