Relaxing Private Hot tub with 2 king bedrooms and 2 bath. Half mile to parkway and walking distance to river to fish or kayak. Half mile to Diner.

Appearance wasn’t as it seemed on the app. It wasn’t very clean at all. Outside area had a rotten odor the entire time we were there. Smelled of black mold and hot tub was questionable so we didn’t attempt to even get in it. It worked as a placed to stay but I wouldn’t recommend it. Beds were very uncomfortable. Temperature was up and down the entire trip. It was either so hot we were sweating or so cold we froze. There was never a sweet spot as temperature goes. Trash can was impossible to locate. It was very run down and needs a deep clean. It definitely wasn’t a 5 star rating like it shows on the app. Looks were very deceiving.

We sisters take a trip together each year. This is one of the cleanest places I have found. It was so cozy and comfy. It is so convenient to everything. I hope we get the chance to stay again. One of my faves.

So cute!
My best friend and I stayed here the night before her wedding and it was so perfect for the 2 of us! The house was SO clean, the little hot tub was perfect for our bottle of champagne, and the working fireplace was a sweet surprise! We also lost an important earring here and they were so kind as to have the housekeeper look for us and mail it back! We are so grateful!

So Disappointed
The pictures looked adorable, but unfortunately, our stay was bordering traumatic. It started with the place still being “cleaned” at almost a half hour past the check in time. The host responded promptly and said it would be addressed with the cleaning crew in the future and issued a small credit of $25. I wish the review could stop there, but after we got back in from dinner, tired and ready to go to bed, the linens on the bed were dirty used slept in with black hairs on the pillows and something like sand in the sheets.. we went to change them with a spare set that was in the closet, but something was petrified on them, so ended up, having to turn the pillowcases inside out, and put towels on top of the sheets. The mattresses were so hard on the bedsthat it was nearly impossible to sleep.The place smelled of stale smoke, and the stairs to the bedroom are definitely not made for aging adults, as they are very steep and narrow steps. Our entire group is in our early to mid 60s, and very physically fit, but found the stairs challenging to come down and feel safe.. The entrance was covered in spiderwebs and the cute little sitting chairs out front as well. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very sleepless night..

Property wss clean and quaint.The area was quite and close to the Parkway. The unit had everything needed. The only issue was there wasn't a garbage bin so we put the garbage on a bin that was already out by the road.

Cozy little cottage
This property is just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Its tucked away on a quiet little street and so easy to access. The cottage is clean and very well stocked with coffee, coffee accessories, a full kitchen with all the utensils, dishes and all the pans you will need for your stay. The furniture is comfortable and if you like firm beds, this is your place. The pillows could be a little fluffier but, there are enough pillows on the beds to stack them up for your comfort. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Julie

The property location was not good. Very dark area with no lighting. Inside the home was clean and well decorated but downstairs glass door had no curtains and was all open. The hot tub area was not clean and the gate to the fence was not secure. Up stairs if you like hard beds then it's for you.

We went to Pigeon Forge for the Bronco Stampede event at The LeConte Convention Center, and this VRBO rental was perfect! We weren’t far from the event, but we still had privacy and comfort. Definitely recommend this rental

A few days away!
Location was great however there was a strong cigarette smell in the house and my husband is highly allergic. It caused him headaches everyday and made our stay miserable. This property should be listed as a smoking home.
