The Margaritaville Island Hotel is a must stay. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff treats you like you're their best friend. We stayed in the village view room and the balcony was nice. The room was a lot bigger than youd expect bit super cozy. We will be stayung here again when we come back.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way. Room was like brand new but it wasn’t. Clearly they have taken very good care of it. Great location. Great food. Just all around GREAT!!!

Awesome stay at the Margaritaville Island Hotel. The only complainant I have is the shower did not have hot water. At best it was warm. Will stay there again because I am sure the hot water issue is only normal issue.

We got 2 rooms with river views. It was such a great vacation! This is in the heart of Pigeon Forge. I would not stay anywhere else!!! We watched the NYE fireworks in the hot tub😎

Room was nice and clean. Could hear laundry on other side of wall. Balcony for our room was not that great as it was right next to the bridge and front entrance of hotel. So it was very noisy and not much privacy if you left blinds open or opened the balcony doors. Pillows were not comfortable at all. It was nice to be close to shopping and food.
