Very clean, smells AMAZING, peaceful, and an unbeatable room for the price. My favorite hotel stays in Tennessee so far and I just wish I stayed longer. The food in and around the hotel was good but for the price I would highly recommend driving to one of the diners or restaurants nearby, all less than 10 mins away. Cider tastings in the shopping area are a must try!

Kind of mediocre and not worth the price tag.
My husband and I have been wanting to stay here for years. We’ve stayed at the other Margaritavilles in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this one was the last one on our list. However we were kind of disappointed with our one night stay. The parking, if you didn’t want valet, was a joke. It wasn’t convenient at all. Our room was basically at the end of the building. We actually timed ourselves from walking from our room to our car and it took 8 mins. I don’t even think the hotel was full. We were left with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and none in the room. For the cost of the one night I guess we expected a bit more. Probably will stay at another Margaritaville next time we’re in town.

We always love staying here. This time we did notice a lot of wear on our room and the rooftop bar closed an hour early which was kind of a bummer

Location was perfect, central to Pigeon Forge area. The Island is great with many shopping and dining options, sitting at the fountain was very relaxing. Looking forward to returning for the Christmas holiday and decorations!

Second time staying and loved it once again. We have had both a river view and shopping alley view. River side is quieter, but view room is fun to feel like you are part of the “Island energy”. Front desk manager and staff were wonderful, housekeeping staff helpful and friendly, and valet was friendly and efficient. The two experiences that were less than hospitable were with the bartender at the rooftop bar and the concierge. When I asked for recommendations on margaritas, he said, “I think margaritas are trash.” We had o ly been on property for half an hour at this point, so not the warmest welcome. Also, you work somewhere that got its namesake from the drink so….When we spoke to the conceierge about tickets, she was first concerned that we hadn’t been put on the list for the “open house”, when I asked if it was for a timeshare presentation, the answer was slow to come. Overall, wonderful experience,love the property.

The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean. We brought our 2 teenagers and the rooms are large and have many ammentities to make traveling with always hungry kids easy. Our only issue was with cleaning staff. Our room was not often attended to, which was not an issue really but we continually had to call for towels and toilet paper. They did not replace paper when they did clean it.
