Some one had rented the room previously but then left after only a short stay wash cloths and towel was used and left on the floor. I was asking about getting an additional room for the night and was offered a discount by staff. But when i tried to actually get the additional room they was gonna charge me 87.00 for one night when i only paid 108.00 for 2 nights in my other room. Was told that they could not change rates on rooms. Kept asking if i was gonna pay cash i said yes but still kept giving me the run around. I have been staying at this motel for years has been my favorite place to stay. But who ever the new management is they have really let the place go down hill. My grand daughter was crawling on the floor when we picked her up the legs of her pants was black. The floors have not been mopped in a while. Please someone get this resolved or i will have to stop using this motel

The room was nice and warm when we walked in, looked nice when we walked in. Got thing in and settled, that’s when we saw the mirror that had toothpaste spit on it from previous tenants, the pull up cover on the bed didn’t look like it had been washed in a long time.

We evacuated here from a hurricane. All we received was rudeness and filth. The place is dirty, there are stray dogs close by and the pool had floaters. I was already gathering our many things to leave before checkout time and the staff kept knocking on my door trying to force me out. This Baymont in Ozark AL sucked. We will not be back.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I would have left if not for the unavailability of another room due to Hurricane Milton. The floors were filthy, turned your feet black immediately. Had to wear shoes the whole time. The refrigerator looked like it had never been cleaned and the freezer had old popcicle juice and 2 inches of ice. Unusable. The outside and front of the dresser had a build up of yuck on it. I don't think it had ever been wiped down. The sheets had black and grey spots on them. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall. I had the trauma of evacuating my home then has to endure the trauma of staying in a filthy room. I complained at the desk. No compensation, just sorries. Well sorry isn't adequate. DO NOT STAY HERE. If I was Wyndham I would be embarrassed to have these people own hotel with my name on it. I will be contacting the corporate office.

This is the last time I book a Baymont/Wyndham property for anything. This is the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in and if it wasn't the middle of the night with no other options nearby I would leave and demand a refund. The curtain doesn't close all the way but my husband rigged up a coat hanger to keep it closed. The deadbolt on the door doesn't work and the chain lock is missing the doorside component. There is weird white powder on the TV stand (Borax maybe? (We hope) because THERE ARE ROACHES) and the bottom of the TV stand is peeling off... The AC makes a horrible noise. The cabinets are falling off the bathroom cabinet, the bathroom door doesn't close because of swollen water damage at the bottom, and the baseboards are peeling away from the wall. There are dead bugs in the lights, and on the ceiling in the bathroom. At least the sheets are, or appear to be clean. Only need a few hours sleep before we head out again but I'd rather sleep in my car at a rest area than this hotel. It should be condemned.

So to start with, this appears to be more of a by the hour instead of night establishment. The rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. One of the employees smelled strongly of marijuana and had blood shot eyes when I checked in. While checking in two people came in to complain about how dirty their rooms were. One said the bed was unmade and there were dirty towels on the floor. It wasn’t a good start. When I got to the room the tubs were dirty, counter tops sticky and there was hair on the floor like pets had stayed there. The shower curtain had black mold all down the bottom of it. I would highly recommend spending a few bucks to pick a different place.

Where do I even start. The moment I walked into the room I could tell the chair was highly stained.I went to wash my face and the wash cloth was completely stained. Our a/c was leaking and we were given towels by the staff to put under the unit. Woke up that morning and the room was flooded. The girl at the desk had no clue what to do and wouldn't switch my room because the manager wasn't there to ok the transfer. She said she would get in trouble. Maybe if she stopped all the drugs, the owner would trust her?!? All kinds of people were hanging out front all hours of the night. The employee at night was real nice and did her best but her friends hanging around smoking blunts didn’t make me feel safe. Along with the fact that she gave her boyfriend keys to the rooms and at 2am bust into our room. They were apologetic but something was off abiut the whole thing and was so glad it was our last night there. If I had the $ I would have moved hotels and fought Baymount later for a full refund. Do I even need to mention the little roaches in our room? I have stayed in some budget friendly motels but this was the worse experience ever.

The curtains over the windows were ripped down in some places barely covered the window had to hang the comforter off the bed over the window put tape over prep hole could be seen from outside me and my wife was celebrating a late anniversary enter the loss of my oldest son a month ago we attempted to have a intimate moment and could more then one person we think by the window out side listening maybe even had a way to see us laughing and shhishing each other by the way I payed through your company and the charge went thru on my bank statement but I was asked to pay at check in I said I already have they said no so they also made me pay for the room twice double charge The Baymont is now the new candlelight motel

The staff was very inattentive and unhelpful. When I went to check out they looked at me, and then continued chatting with each other while I stood there. Finally got up and came to help me. The water in the advertised pool was an off putting green color and had obviously not been cleaned for a long time.
