Staff and service is not good the girls at concierge are rude and pushy , specially the lady that is from different country (not Mexico ) I also felt they try and take advantage and confuse you when you tell them something that’s not to there advantage , specially with the views of rooms you don’t get what you pay for .

Pools and bars and food spots close way too early. Food was ok. Great at some spots and terrible at others. Beach was always closed. Property is gorgeous and there is so much to do at the connected attractions. It’s overwhelming you can’t do it all in 4 days. MAKE RESERVATIONS THE FIRST DAY FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! Don’t eat at the “show” food spot. Bleh.

I love the hammock on the balcony of each room, very tranquil, and the resort is extremely beautiful. Overall a great stay. The food was good and the bed was comfortable.

This place is absolutely amazing in all aspects. Everything is top notch from the free shuttle service from the airport to all the little details of hospitality during the entire stay. The theme parks are also all unbelievably beautiful, extremely fun, original and well organized. I cannot say enough good things. Sure it seems pricey, but once you consider everything that’s included in the all-fun-inclusive package, you get incredible value.

I LOVED this property. The package included everything we needed from food, entertainment and transportation. I discovered it's very family friendly. The staff was all very kind. The food was delicious. It is definitely one of the best places I have visited.
