Immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. Owners were wonderful nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast provisions were yummy and so was the coffee. Only negative was the steepness of the stairs which you do need to traverse carefully. In a very handy position for sightseeing and in a quiet location too. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

Beautifully converted shearer’s quarters with so many lovely touches. The communal kitchen provided a breakfast and all cooking options to be able to self cater with a roaring fire for heating. Very pleasant stay.

This property has a very welcoming and relaxed feel about it. Its condition is immaculate and Gabby is only too willing to assist and make the guest feel at home. Richmond is an excellent location from which to explore the region.

"We loved seeing the many furry little wallaby-like Fucous critters around the park. The place was clean and warm. Unfortunately we could not get wifi in the cabin we stayed in which was disappointing. Otherwise we were very happy. The nearby Fox and Hound was described/recommended as "pub food" which ..."

"I liked that it was so close to the Port Arthur Historic Site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was really good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We paid $12 and only got 2 slices of toast. Very limited cereal selection and no hot food."
