Perfect and well-priced 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pool home with mature landscaping located in Gulf Cove. New pool shell and pavers on pool deck as of November 2020!

The open and airy living area with diagonal 18x18ā€ ceramic tile comes with 2019 new purchased soft beige sofa and love seat, coffee table, sideboard, flatscreen TV and with views to the 28 x 28 FT extended pool deck. In the center of the house is the kitchen with pass-thru window to the covered 18x 9 FT lanai complete with outdoor dining set. Just steps away you will find the formal dining with a table for 6. There is a nice size master suite with King Bed, matching nightstands, dresser, large walk-in-closet plus wall closet, on-suite bath with dual sinks, shower and privacy toilet. Two great secondary bedrooms, one with a Full Bed, the other with 2 Twins. They are sharing a bathroom with tub/shower combination and laundry. This second bathroom also serves as pool bath. The 13x26 FT Pool with new heat pump has been re-coated in November 2020. It is inviting for refreshing swim. Whole pool cage has been rescreened in 2017! Tiles thru out the house ā€“ no carpet. Two Car garage with remote opener.
