Happy Harbor w Hot Tub, Golf Cart and Luxury!

Welcome to Port Sanilac Michigan & Happy Harbor! As you enter the house your first word will be “WOW”. We spent 5 months completely remodeling this house. Regardless of how nice your home is this will live up to your standards. The craftsmanship of the improvements from the tile work, to the extensive shiplap, to the decorations. You will fall in love with this home and the downtown! Take the golf cart out to explore the downtown or relax in the hot tub!
*Cleaning fee includes damage insurance

Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s). There is an extra fee to bring your pets.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown Port Sanilac.

Downtown is within walking distance, however, there is an 8-seater golf cart there for our guests to utilize! No extra charge

- Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

We used this space for a reunion of some friends. It was cozy for a quick getaway. The area was quite yet conveniently located near town. We'll for sure utilize this space again in the future.

Great weekend getaway
The house was perfect for our short girls weekend trip. Plenty of beds and very clean. We had a little trouble with the hot tub but the host was quick to answer our messages. Close to the beach and marina and great coffee place on the corner. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful family vacation
This was a fantastic house close to downtown. Our extended family enjoyed playing cards and the Pac-Man machine as well as socializing in the spacious living area. We enjoyed the hot tub each day and the golf cart was great for quickly getting to dining, pickleball, and the harbor. The house was well-provisioned. And Jessie was great with communication. We would definitely return to this vacation house!

Beautiful little home
My daughters and I decided last minute to take a little break for my youngest daughters and I's birthday. They chose this cute little home and it was cute and simply beautiful. We didnt get a chance to use the golf cart, but utilized the hottub while we were there. Note than pleased with the size of the place and the quite neighborhood. Highly rate this place in this cute little town. Thank you!

The house was very clean and it was so beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was just the right size for our family and we loved the hot tub in the back. It was clean and set it just the right temperature. We loved being close to town. Not to mention everything was with in walking distance. But the bonus was having the golf cart. The house was gorgeous and beautiful, the perfect amount of space for our group to relax and play. The golf cart was perfect for taking into town to pick up pizza and other necessary supplies and the hot tub was a great way to wind down at the end of the day!

Family time in Port Sanilac
Location was perfect, house looked like and had everything that was in the pics and listing. Had great fires in the back yard, that was great, hottub was great. The only issue was the grille, it was in really bad shape and we couldnt use it. And we had all the meat and fixings for a great bar-b-que, so that was a bummer. But the host apoligized for its condition, he probably had no idea, the cleaning crew i guess. Other than that it was perfect.

Love this house
I stayed here for two nights with my sisters, mother and our kids. The kids loved the arcade game and the golf cart. We loved the house. The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay and the property manager did contact us and offered us a different home with a working hot tub but we chose to stay at our original choice but loved the communication with the owners.

Great location! Very clean and nice. Had everything you need plus a market around the block.
We did a girls weekend and had a blast. The night of arrival was a horrible snow storm. Frank let us arrive early to avoid the heavy snow. The next day someone was there to shovel and plow the driveway. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Definitely would go back and recommend.
