The bathroom looks like it was worked on by an amateur. There was paint on the light switch plate, caulk was put in the tile instead of grout, and the caulking by the tub was poorly done. The room itself was nice and clean and looked good.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. My husband called the phone # posted, but had a difficult time getting the staff to understand what we needed, which was simply to check in. It seemed like it still took her a while to show up. She was clearly in training (another male staff was assisting her), and there was a language barrier, however; there should have been someone at the front desk. We arrived late afternoon…not in the middle of the night.

It was ok! Breakfast option was pretty good! But the room was honestly a little dirty and the bed top cover had stains of oil or grease stains and blood. But everything else was ok!

I showed up at 215pm to early I know however I was told to come back at 3pm. I came back at 325pm and told my room was not ready and to let them check. I got into my room at 4pm. And my bath tub was disgusting had black sports on the bath tub mat my daughter was able to clean with cold water and washcloth while I got ready for the evening

Awful Staff, I waited a half an hour, if not more for the employee to get off the phone with his friend to check me into my room The bathtub was clogged and they didn’t even fix it. They handed me a handheld plunger to do it myself.

The staff I interacted with her were nice and accommodating. There is no getting around the building is old. The building included some unsavory odors, the sink drain was slow and nearly filled from use, patch holes from previous shower curtain were shabbily covered over, and wood trim was dinged and unpainted. I understand that making such upgrades to many rooms is costly, but it does cheapen the aesthetic of the motel. What would not be costly would be some of the issues regarding cleanliness. During my stay, I found the desk and nightstand surfaces to be sticky and unclean. I wiped down the surfaces with just warm water with little effort and am disappointed that similar efforts were not taken previous to my stay. During my stay, I also observed undusted surfaces, liquid splatter on walls that was not wiped down, the mirrors were not clean, toothpaste spittle was present in the bathroom, and lightbulbs that were not replaced. Based on these observations, I could not recommend a future stay at this motel.
