Was not aware that I would have to pay an additional fee to go to the waterpark before 1:30pm. I am checking in with my 3 little girls at 11:30 and was told we could not go in unless I paid an additional fee. What was I supposed to do, sit in the lobby for 2 hours? Definitely not a family-friendly policy, especially for the prices they charge for rooms.

Perfect for small kids, outdated hotel rooms
It was a great time with my 1.5 yr. old. The Waterpark was small but perfect for what we needed. The room set up was great, but everything was pretty old, carpets were stained and bathroom was in need of a deep clean. Everything by was very loud, we could hear the screams of the water slides from our room. Check in and communication was great evasive from the room not being ready when we arrived, but we changed in the lobby bathrooms and went to the waterpark while we waited, which wasn’t very long. Overall I think the weekend stay was great, but just know the rooms are older and need some updates.
