At 10 am I called down to the front desk to ask if I could get a late check out because I was trying to find more money to spend another night. The guy I talked to said he could only give me until 1130. At 1120 went up to the front to explain my situation and that I had the money but needed to go pick it up. He said to me no problem just get the money to us as soon as you can. Well they called the cops on me and trespassed me for a year

So, the STAFF (esp. guy at office) were great. Price I guess was a "bargain". Its been a long time since we stayed at a Motel6, last time near Lego Land and it was nice, but this thing was rough. It was in a rough area, rooms were occupied by some shady looking folks doing shady looking things with door open. Room was ROUGH and bare-bones. For example, two outlets, so if you have stuff to charge, one place to plug in (second one behind tv). Those front door latches / handles are so janky and hard to use, that it is almost un-usable at this point. Watching car out window worried... loud neighbors up all night. Guy working on his Jetta in parking lot next to mine with tools on extension cord from room (LOL) Its just old, run-down and sketchy and while perhaps a bargain, not family friendly in any way at all.

Check in desk had a horrible weird smell. There was a hair on the pillow, streak of idk what on the sheets. Hair on the sink. Roach in bathroom. Pool towels were navy blue but had stains, like it came from a garage.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke
The room was fine. Everything was clean for the age and price of the hotel. Not sure why I had to sign stating that I wouldnā€™t be smoking in the room when it literally smelled like the room had stale cigarettes used as air fresheners. Luckily neither my son or I have any asthma or respiratory issues. It was so bad the clothes we slept in took the smell home.
