Horrible resort stay
My trip to this ā€œresortā€ was less than enjoyable. The pool was green and the hot tub was out of service. This is huge for me as we specifically seek hotels with hot tubs for my back. The carpet in the room was not stretched tight and had wrinkles in it. I got up Sunday morning and tripped on one of the wrinkles and it bent my toe back, pretty sure it is broken. The volume on the tv had to be turned up to 99 to even be able to hear it and you had to be inches away from it to change the channel. Had to get out of bed every time I wanted to change the channel was very frustrating. The AC on blew in the guest room area. Didnā€™t realize that on night one and I kept turning down the AC cause I was hot and my daughter the next morning told me she froze all night. My husband checked and no air comes out the vent in the bedroom. There was a hole in the ceiling that bugs kept coming out of that grossed me out the entire trip. The only good thing about our stay was the bed, it was very comfortable. I was so frustrated the entire visit with our room. I canā€™t imagine I will ever be back.

Overall, the value and location were very good. The entire restaurant was reserved during our stay, so we were not able to sit at a table. We ordered from the bar, but the staff was busy and lacking customer service skills. The checkout staff claimed they were new and did not know how to apply the $12 VIP food and beverage credit for our stay.

Iā€™ve stayed many times at this Hotel and itā€™s definitely needing a lot. We came into broken glass picture on the wall, the leather all coming off the furniture the room and furniture TVs are ancient and itā€™s just very un appealing. Also needed a jacuzzi and it was broken the entire stay :(

Our room wasn't available at 3 for check-in. Not done "being cleaned". We had somewhere to be so we had to change in the "spa" locker rooms. This was only after we asked if there was somewhere where we could change for our event. Passed the pool that I wouldn't even stick my toes in based on the cloudy appearance and general lack of cleanliness of the area. Got a call after 430 that the room was ready. Got back from our event and checked in around 9. That part was quick. You can tell the rooms are not well kept or deep cleaned. Bed were incredibly noisy under any movement Really happy we were only staying one night, I was would not shower in that bathroom. There was a significant amount of hair, and the inner shower curtain had mold on it. Yelp reviews seemed to be the only accurate ones. Other were deceivingly positive. Can say though, the view is great. Doesn't make up for the rest though.

Countertops were dirty and had toothpaste on them when we got into our room there was a broken picture frame on the wall with a missing piece of glass. The shower had mold in it and there were blackout curtains but the privacy curtains were missing. The fake leather on the couch was peeling in multiple areas and needed to be replaced.For nearly $300 a night you tend to expect more. The lobby is beautiful the rest of the hotel is dated and in dire need of repair and remodel. Definitely nicer hotels to stay at in the area. The only upside is this one has a casino attached. However the casino is dark and weary and did not have a fun atmosphere. Definitely would not recommend coming here again.

The hot tub was out of order (the whole reason I picked the resort was for the hot tub). The pool was green. Only 3 towels in the room (there was three of us, glad no one had to wash their hair). The white duvet covers were stained black. On the good side- the band they hired to play in the bar area was amazing. The coffee shop was great and the staff was very friendly.
