My room was not as clean as I like. There wasnā€™t enough electrical outlets. There was not a new electrical outlet by the bed stand for my phone recharging. They had a clock in the room, but didnā€™t have electrical outlets to hook it up. I would not stay there again if Iā€™m in this area

This was an okay place to stay, acceptable for a few nights. Positives; friendly staff, comfortable beds adequately clean room. Negatives; noisy with lots of activity in the lobby and hallways that you could hear well into the night, thin walls so noise from adjacent rooms was audible, free breakfast was limited with cereal, pre-packaged sweet rolls, yogurt, coffee and a few other like items.

If you want a small town get away this is it
Me and my bf loved this place!! We almost booked another night here we were so happy with the room and service we got the suit on the second floor the jets did not work in the jacuzzi/ hot tub that was our only complaint. We meant to book a hotel right in PIke co got we chose her it was even smaller than where we currently reside so it was a romantic quite get away. LOVED IT!

The hotel was older but well maintained. It looks exactly how it does in the online photos. The rooms were super clean and big. Itā€™s 2 stories but there isnā€™t an elevator, which was fine for us but keep that in mind if you canā€™t do stairs or in a wheelchair. The staff was so polite. No nearby restaurants except a Papa Johnā€™s next door at the gas station, which was also well kept and clean and a 1 minute walk from hotel. My only issue was the free breakfast. Only served coffee to drink. They had individual wrapped donuts and waffles that you cook in a little pop up toaster. Cereal or some fresh fruit would have been a nice touch. It was a nice experience. The little town has great history. If you have kids that need breakfast then I would not suggest this place but for a nice clean place to sleep itā€™s a good place. The microwave and fridge are good size. Fridge has plenty to of room for milk, juice etc and lots of storage and counter space. No vending machines at all.

There was a bulb out in one of the lamps. My room was clean, and the entire motel looked spotless. A Papa Johns is a short walk away. Was surprised to see an old type TV but it worked OK. No noise at night.

I was in town for a quick overnight & traveling with two pupsā€¦ I was running the Hatfield McCoy marathon in Williamson, WV. Thelma and Carissa (forgive me if spelled wrong)ā€¦ are absolutely wonderful!! They made the check-in, the over night stay and the check-out easy, comfortable and so accommodating. They were so pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect for my one night. And also easy for my two pups. The gas station with a Papa Johnā€™s Pizza location inside was the easiest walk over, convenience at its best. I will definitely return to this location if/when I decide to pass through the area again. I absolutely recommend this hotel!!
