Check in was amazing. The gentleman that checked me in did an outstanding job. One of our rooms was missing half the shower door so it was very hard to shower. This room also had no toilet paper and when we asked the desk for it the lady seemed to not be concerned and also let us know they were short and may not have any. The parking is very limited up front due to all the casino traffic. Other than that the rooms were nice and we enjoyed the stay!

I've always liked staying here. The staff and dining were excellent as usual; however, some facilities were not in order. The treadmill in the exercise room was not working right, , actually dangerous as I was thrown off because of a badly slipping belt. And out outside door lock was dysfunctional because of a dead battery.

Lovely view of the lake but difficult to access, refused to clean our room during 3 night stay, pool was freezing ice cold, kept up our last night with security and police in our hallway, doors slamming repeatedly, drug dealing, someone tried to enter our room.
