Not great but not terrible
Stayed overnight. Areas of the room were stained, surfaces weren’t really cleaned and the mini fridge was gross inside. I also think I smelled pot stepping out of my room. Smoking and vaping is illegal indoors? Otherwise the bed was comfy and the lady at the desk was friendly.

I got bed bug bites from my stay here!! On top of that I had to ask for house keeping twice before it was done and got blankets with 10 inch cuts in them. The replacement blankets had tons of stains. I tried calling 3 days in a row to get a refund and management has yet to get back to me!! Never staying here again.

Property was okay. The trolley cart was a bit challenging to manage and seems like only 1 was available. The door was a little challenge to open, having to yank on the handle. Worked fine for one evening but not sure we would repeat at this one. Sheets had some stains on them and some other things dated.

Wonderful help at the front desk when I arrived. Kind and accommodating. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a wonderful stay!

Asked for a crib in our room and called ahead to make sure they had them. When we got there, apparently all the cribs were being used so we had no where for our baby to sleep. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in our room too. It was fine for a quick stay and the breakfast was decent but definitely not worth $150 a night.

The room was comfortable, staffs are very nice. A shout out to the lady who works in the breakfast area on Monday 10/14/24. She shows what hospitality is about. The area was closed but she saw my daughter looking in from the door and she gave her an apple and yogurt with napkins and spoons. I appreciate that very much. We’ve been to many hotels but it’s the staffs that make the difference.

There was milk left in the fridge, food and spills on the counter in front of microwave, dirty bedding, trash behind the toilet and a lighter in the tissue box. Doesn’t seem the room was properly cleaned before our arrival.
