This little motel is very nice. It’s very clean and is very well maintained. I highly recommend this motel and there’s an Italian eatery behind it within walking distance that is delicious. Steaks are wonderful. Will definitely be staying here every time we are near it.

We've stayed here many times. Its a very good location for trains, shopping, or not-fast-food-again dining. Very walkable. The motel is well kept, clean, and staff is friendly. We consider it the best value in town.

The property itself is not the most eye-catching from the outside, however, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and adequately appointed, very quiet, and within short walking distance of the Royal Gorge Train depot and downtown Canon City. Coffee and a nice continental breakfast are offered as well. You can tell there is pride in ownership on this property -- it reflects in the care that has been taken in the Motel's cleanliness and attention to travelers' comfort!

Great little hotel!
This is an older smaller hotel but it was clean the beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast and area was very nice. Grands wished there was a pool but we were so busy doing all the cool stuff in town that they didnt even miss it! And you could walk to downtown in minutes.
