Property was very nice and had lots of entertainment options. The drink options were amazing but food was mediocre at best. Steak was always undercooked and other food options were not great.

It was a great experience to stay in this resort. We truly loved the excellent customer service, the blissful views of the beach, and the food. They have lots of variety of food, not a long wait for seating and food arrived timely. The only downside of the resort, our room had an awful sewage smell, they fixed it temporarily but the smell continued. Lobster House for dinner - we had to wait 1.5 hrs for our table to be ready, not sure what happened but the surf and turf dish was absolutely worth the wait. I will definitely return to the resort but would be very selective as to the room is assigned. I loved the activities of the day, they were very fun!

I would rate this 4.5/5 I went for the beach, and this hotel is at an amazing beach. Big waves, we loved it. The food was phenomenal. The asian restaurant and the grill slapped hard. The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet was always good. Loved the Dominican dishes. I had a lot of steaks cooked for me, almost every day at lunch. Couldn’t get tired of it. Just delicious. The room was lovely. wish it had blackout curtains but I always bring my sleep mask. I was fine without the curtains. Spent most of the time at the beach. The bar by the beach had fresh coconuts and the coco locos we had were delicious. Had a chinola (passion fruit) mojito that left me gagged. Seriously addictive. The place is paradise. Did not want to leave. The service was always excellent. The people working there are terrific. Really enjoyed the Beatles cover band night. The Dominican dance night was also great. Not a great place for singles,,, if you’re looking to mingle. I saw mainly couples, saw lots of weddings, few family groups. Maybe it was timing, but it seems this place is a huge hit for couple vacations. So if you’re looking for more of a single party scene, this might not be the place. If you’re a couple looking for a sweet vacation boy this place is great for you.

This hotel is situated in paradise. The views are stunning, the grounds are beautiful and the staff so friendly and happy. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and wonderful time during our stay. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at this resort in Punta Cana. From the second we arrived we were greeted with champagne and a very friendly staff. The staff does a fantastic job at always making sure your drink is never empty and providing the best service possible. Food options were great and the 24/7 room service came in handy many times late at night. The bar staff at SOL which is the bar on the far side by the pool was always fantastic. The only suggestion I would make is if you’re going to get dinner try to do it around 6/7 when restaurants open otherwise you might have to wait 45 minutes for a table. This never bothered us though because we would just go to the bar or go for a beautiful walk to kill time. All in all this was a 10/10 trip and we had a blast! We will certainly be back! Thank you!

The staff was wonderful and the restaurants were great. It was a very quiet and relaxing resort which is what we wanted The only thing we did not care for was the resort never reached out in advance of our arrival that the club room we chose was unavailable due to construction. They did not give us a chance to choose our own room they just assigned us one once we had arrived. We adjusted and still had a great time but still wish we would have had a choice.
