This was our honeymoon and we had the best time ever because of all the staff! Big shoutout to sexy chocolate, Scooby doo, Superman, mini Barbie and Coca Cola! They are honestly the best! To add to all that, the food in all the restaurants was delicious (spice and hibachi was our favourites). We really can’t say enough about how amazing the whole resort, staff and food was! HIGHLY suggest you go here!

Excellence Resort Punta Cana offers a mix of highs and lows. Fernando at the front desk was fantastic, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. Superman and Scooby Doo from the entertainment team brought great energy and kept the games fun and lively. However, the food at the buffet was mostly lukewarm or cold, and the cleaning service left much to be desired, with brown stains on the complimentary robe and blood stains on the blanket and bed sheet. I have been to all the other Excellence resorts, and this was try shocking. The servers lacked attentiveness and friendliness, which affected the overall all-inclusive experience. The restaurants were decent, with Agave and The Grill standing out as excellent choices. Yordy at Hibachi was also exceptional and made the dining experience memorable. Overall, I’d give the resort a 7 out of 10.

I stayed at this resort for my birthday and upon checking in I was informed that my room was upgraded and even received a birthday coupon for the spa. I also received two complimentary bottles of wine. I loved the ambiance of this resort and appreciated the friendliness of workers. Such an excellent resort and will definitely be returning.

This was a much needed vacation! The resort is amazing! The staff are friendly and respectful. They are very gay friendly! Hector, the welcome guy, was amazing throughout the whole trip! He was comforting and made us feel safe! We had to stay an extra day because of the storm and the accommodation was easy.

The moment you check in you’re treated like a VIP of this hotel. Yefrey at the Reception was very welcoming. All the restaurants are superb and staff are very friendly and can’t stop offering help.

This was my first resort and first time out the country, if you’re like me then this place will definitely be a great first time! The idea of all inclusive is so good you just come here and have fun!! And the service is amazing, whether it be the housekeepers, bartenders, waiters, everything was just so good!! This trip is going in the books. Also I proposed here on the beach and the photographers were amazing!

We love the staff and the service at Excellence Punta Cana! This was our second time here and it was wonderful! The Excellence pull was amazing and the beach is always clean and lovely! It is a great place for those who want to relax with a dose of entertainment at night :)

This property was nice but certain restaurants were open on certain days, it took over an hour to get a drink on the beach, no beach bags, dress codes for restaurants were enforced by some staff and not others, the buffet food was not good at all, there were many tiny bugs founded in our enclosed desserts, and the linen needs to be changed. It’s no longer white. It’s like a dingy yellowish color. The spa, housekeeping, and room service was good. The room and the property were nice as well.
