Check in process was long even though no line existed Room not clean Beds not comfortable Not enough pillows Not enough towels for 4 people in the room Bottle water in big bottles are warm not able to fit in small refrigerator Conceirge was not able to reserve restaurants for 6 or 7 pm only after 9pm We only ate at 2 restaurants Beach was great that was the only good thing at that particular reaort At buffer at numerous occasion not enough cups for a juice [empty] No forks We had to wait for a long time at times for even drinks at the buffet At restaurants not attentive people not good service Door between two rooms is not closed properly at family suite Dont book tbis resort So many others near by I would rate this resort 2 stars

On our arrival they room was dirty, shower was leaking , there was mold in the rooms , they showed us 3 other rooms and they were all moldy and dirty , the staff was rude and told us we had no choice but to choose one of the rooms , so we ended up choosing a room because we couldn’t really leave since our flight was booked a week from our arrival and we looked at other resorts near and they were comps booked . The staff at restaurants were slow and rude , the resort looked completely different than what you see on their photos and not in a good way . The buffets were dirty and food was handled not very safely .. beach was ok , pools were clean . Our roof started leaking in the shower when we used the ac so we weren’t able to use that at all. We asked them to fix it but they never did . Just overall not a good place or experience.. I would look somewhere else . We went because of the good reviews but honestly idk how any of those exist because everyone we spoke to were also very disappointed.

The resort needs a better management of the check in process and the service at the buffet primarily. The buildings needs updates, lobby is outdated and very hot, rooms are small, outdated, everything smells even the pillows, doors are not closing properly, hairdryer not working, shower heads are ready to fall… just not at all what I am used to when traveling to all inclusive resorts. The buffet was by far the worst in food choices, cleanliness and service, always needed to ask for , cups etc.

AVOID, I have been to more than 28 resorts in the Caribbean over the last three years. This is the worst in my opinion. Here are a few of the reasons: -No fresh towels and when asked each time took more than 4 phone calls and 3 -6 hours to get fresh towels -you are not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet. The resort is not made for that and it clogs the toilet. -we were a group of 76 persons and more than half of the rooms had different kind of bugs and cockroaches ( one first floor room had a snake - no joking ) -the beach restaurant often didn’t have availability for 30 min at the time , or forks and cups for the water When they were asked to fix the problem, they did nothing about it. -Get ready for mosquitoes. More than half of us had a hard time with a lot of mosquito bites. Most of the hotels spray for mosquitoes, definitely not this one. -the hotel is old and needs a lot of updates -and this list can go on and on. Honestly pay a little bit more and go somewhere else. Usually, I do not write reviews, but I had to write this one.

Overall we had a great vacation. The pool, waterpark, bars, buffet were amazing. The restaurant Route 66 was the best service and food. Majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The recommendations for the excursion for the buggy’s and cave swim and beach was only 4-5 hrs which was absolutely the best. Highly recommend it just be sure to bring clothes and shoes you don’t care for. You will get muddy.

It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel! The hotel it’s gorgeous, beautiful landscaping ! The staff some were wonderful, like Alejandra from concierge service and the lovely girl bartender on the beach bar! But some… was almost they were there doing us a favor!People forgot how hard was Covid without people traveling! One thing that made me upset was the man selling travel experiences ,Ms Alegria , he sold us a package and wasn’t what he told us! The buggies was in bad shape, no sit belts, all rusted and the horses was so skinny, the were in so bad shape that we couldn’t ride! Drinks…. Warm beer all the time, many times I asked for a drink and they would say run out! To the point that one time other server heard and got me , she was very kind and did not accept my tips! We stay for 6 nights,7 days! I like it but I wouldn’t go back

The property and trip was worth the money I guess. We paid $4300 for 2 adults and a toddler. The property rooms needs updated and better cleaning. The drinks and options were limited. The rooms are damp and mouldy. Staff can be great, especially at the buffet. If you don’t tip well, you will receive terrible service. The beach and beach bar and food is good. The Lunch buffet at the pool is decent. Dinner was lacking. The A la cartes we’re good. I don’t need to come back. I’m DR, find a true 5 star, this report is a 3 star at best.

Lots of things to do. Lots of entertainment. Walking to the water park felt like a whole new resort with the sports bar and coffee shop. There was some mold in rooms and bathtub had no drain plug.
