3rd and final stay here, this stay was nowhere near the same standard as the first 2. Service was poor in relation to what you pay. Food was mediocre at best and the minibar and amenities were not restocked daily. Had to call for housekeeping service in the room. Employees didn't look happy at all. Only good thing was the kids club, that was 5*.

Not what we expected.
The hotel was below average to average. The facilities were a bit dated. Hard to navigate such a big property. My wife was locked in a bathroom stall for 20 mins before someone came to let her out. The one night show we went to “Elvis” was a snooze. The pillows were horrible and AC smelled moldy. The food was average in the buffet restaurants but Ciao was the best for dinner. Will not visit here again and cannot recommend it for the price. It did not help that it rained half the time we were there.

Hospitality was great. A/c wasnt cooling in our rooms so it was hot they changes us to the second room and had the same issue. It wasnt cool enough im guessing is normal. But everything else was excellent

The vacation was really nice but it’s just that they’re pushing their timeshare a little to hard and they kept up for half a day because of this

The property was okay, pools were nice. Rooms didn’t keep temperature settings well, some staff weren’t necessarily rude, but not kind either. Limited things to do on resort, especially in the evenings. Casino left a lot to be desired.

Staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay! Only thing I didn’t like was I agreed to have breakfast while I got introduced to HR legendary Took longer then expected and didn’t like that , wasted all morning on this instead of enjoying my last day of vacation

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this was the only one that gave me an allergy because the sheets were very dirty, I got into bed and a giant spider came out, the sheets smelled horrible and the mattress had human urine on it, I would never go back! The only good thing was the buffet

Perfect Family Friendly Resort
My family and I had an amazing time at the Hard Rock! The resort is big and has plenty to do for an entire week. I highly recommend this resort and will goback again.

Fabulous stay
Fantastic experience from start till leaving. Room was lovely, with bath on the balcony. So pleased it had a train going around to pick guests up due to being a big hotel. Will definitely return.

Got a nicer room than expected looking at the ocean. Came to visit for a wedding and didn’t have enough time to explore everything there was because there was so much to do. I will definitely be coming back with more time to enjoy!

This hotel has an impressive infrastructure, still they have forgotten about the main elements of an experience. Food was not only below average, but it was also just bad, including their specialized restaurants. Service was just annoying, lack of attention, lack of friendliness, even tipping you always got an attitude and laziness around the property. After reflecting about this trip Hard Rock will never be an option for us, and we are extending that to Punta Cana. No value for money. There are many other destinations with outstanding experience.
