This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff is always very receptive and kind, Especially our Butler, Jonathan and bartender on the beach, Angelo. Tread lightly with the California roll at the Japanese restaurant, It ruined my next morning lol. Outside of that, I have no complaints.

Live Acqua never dissapoints. The only thing they need to give a push is to the dinning options: if they'll add a meat/grill restaurant or a molecular restaurant (like in Cancun) for sure they'll be unbeatable. On the same line, as a mexican group (Fiesta Americana), they should improve the mexican food option: real tacos are not that complicated to prepare. In short, I do not change it and I'll continue to go there every time I'll can.

Staff greeted you soon as you walked in. Make sure you try to go for the vip package you will get a butler and hand massages within 5mins of entering. The beach is walking distance and the food is okay…. I will be returning
