I liked the hotel, it’s big, spacious, the areas are beautiful decorated, the restaurants are amazing, good food, good service. The beach is beautiful, you can swim and enjoy walking. They have activities included, like kayaking. I really liked to stay in this hotel. I got an upgraded room because I reserved it by Expedia. Thanks for that! The only thing I didn’t like it, is that some employees were too insistent with us to let good reviews in google naming them, I felt like pressured by them, and it wasn’t necessary because everything was really good.

The stay was comfortable, though there were some hiccups at the start. The valet mistakenly took our belongings with another guest’s and dropped theirs off first before attending to us, even though we had two small children with us. The fridge wasn’t working, and the room was a bit dirty when we checked in. The fridge was replaced the next day, but only after four calls. The drinks were diluted. Although this was advertised as a five-star stay, it did not meet that standard. That said, it was a comfortable stay with the kids. The food options, restaurants, and café were decent. Overall, it is a decent all-inclusive resort but falls short of the five-star experience it was promoted as.

Nice property, but not over the top like some of the other options in Punta Cana. Reservations for separate dining is a must, and we didn't know that. Not a lot of entertainment. Room was clean, but always musty smelling. They give out more bottles of water per day than towels to dry off with. Beautiful pool area. Clean beach. Overall, it was a nice property, but I wouldn't make it a point to have to go back to this property the next time we go.

Traveled for Christmas family of 5. Overall 4 star hotel, the check in took over an hour even with having VIP check in access AND checking in online ahead of time. Christmas should have more front desk workers. Food was VERY mid. Need poolside food while drinking. *need reservations for EVERY restaurant which is impossible for to get once you’re there* maybe try emailing the hotel prior idk was very frustrating. Rooms nice (I knew it would smell of mildew from the dampness in air, I ALWAYS pack a candle whenever traveling out the country. Waterpark was actually the most fun! Us adults enjoyed! Not a horrible experience at all.

We had a great time at the Lopesan. The property was clean, the amenities were exceptional, and the food was good at their a la carte restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa & their state of the art gym. Be prepared to do a lot of walking around the resort. There are no swim up pool bars, but they have a few bars close to the pool & beach. I would recommend the Lopesan and would book at the resort again in the future!

The 24 7 restaurant valley was not good. Atlantica was ok .yolos and restaurants that require reservations were great. They just need to work on all guests being about to get into at least one restaurant that requires a reservation. I tried to reserve as soon as I got There and it was already booked. Entertainment including shows and parties were endless no matter the age which is a unique feature of the hotel The staff were generally nice and attentive but energy level a bit low. They should change people for shifts to avoid burn out. Amenities great pool beach waterpark

I enjoyed the experience of Punta Cana Lopesan resorts, the all inclusive was great! They didn’t have enough signs posted within the resort to direct you. Other then that it was a magnificent trip.

The staff is very friendly and all the activities they have are amazing. They have to keep an eye on the common restrooms to keep them clean specially with the amount of people that was there.

The property was nice. The issue was the staff. I have traveled all around the world with my family. Never have we experienced such bad customer service. The staff was rude! Will always talk down to you. Always did their job half fast. Every time we would ask for help or any type of information , we were met with rudeness and miss information. Before we actually arrived, we have tried to get into contact with the resort for several months. Once we arrived we saw why no one returned our call. Managed needs to hire employees that care about their jobs and the service they provide. During one of our not so great dinners, the servers/waiters when we asked for water and napkins she replied “ wait I’m on my phone!” Then proceeded to flirt and hug all over a manager that was observing the rude customer service and did not attempt to correct the issue. Over all from the welcoming committee to the food servers, waiters and pool personnel all displayed terrible customer service. We highly don’t recommend this resort!
