The Level quality of service was very good. Appreciated access to private pools & dining. Overall the food quality was medium. The fresh fruit was really good but other meals, ala carte & buffet, while providing choice could have been better. Perfect location for grandkids to play safely. Only other concern was the very loud music playing at the main centre from around 9:30-midnight. Made sleep almost impossible until it ended as our villa in block 47 was close to the event. Had read other reviews commenting on the same issue.

hard to enjoy
Everything was fine except for the people who work at the buffet with a very bad attitude, very rude, speaking badly of my family because we changed tables, they thought we didn't speak Spanish but we understood everything. The bed in the room had only one sheet and the mattress was very very hard, it was very difficult to rest and sleep with the bed so hard, everything else was fine.

Amazing place to stay while exploring DR! The room looked newly remodeled and super cute, fully stocked, the air conditioning worked great, so convenient to have a frig and pod coffee maker, the beach/pool area was breathtaking, with plenty of seating, they provide beach towels, and the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was the nicest I’ve encountered in a long time! We will be back!

Horrible experience. No clear communication Limited dinning Paid for a deluxe king room got there,were told they did not have a king room and that we would have to pay a large amount of money to upgrade to get a king bed. When we told them we werent doing that they said we should come the next day and they would have a king bed available in a different room for us. The next day we went to the front desk and were told the room would be ready at 4p and that they couldn't tell us were the room was till it was ready. We packed up our bags ready to move to a different room, Went there at almost 5pm the room was not ready. We end up not getting the room and had to stay in the 2 bed room. This is an all inclusive resort, noone seemed to know were the buffet was and had us walking around the resort looking for were to get something to eat. The staff kept on directing us to different areas. The restaurants on the resort require reservations and they are always booked. Our concierge told he would make a reservation for us at the Japanese restaurant and it would be free. When we went to check for our reservation, No reservation . The day that they said was seafood night, we barely saw seafood. There was only 2 types of fish and 1 type of rice with cut up shrimp in it. Even checking out was a hassle. Kept redirecting us to different areas of the hotel to check out. I did like the activities on the resort. But i would not recommend this resort and will not be going back there.

The staff was very helpful and nice; food was decent. The services were above expectations (cleaners and dining staff very attentive). Trains are a must for travel through the complex, but well worth the few minute wait
