Rafael and Laiz were absolutely amazing 5 star for their Service. They made our experience a lot better. And we’re very apologetic and attentive. They went above and beyond for us. I am not really happy with the hotel and most likely will not be coming back. I have a disability and we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the train all they did was passed us by and would not help us. We ended up walking and having to miss our dinner reservations and we had to call it a night due to my feet being extremely swollen due to my condition. We also tried the Italian restaurant where we waited over an hour to even receive our food for it to be extremely disgusting. We ended up leaving. The manager of that restaurant did try to make it right, however we were not willing to wait that long. We also moved rooms 3 times in our 6 night stay due to bathroom and sinks. Being clogged and the AC not working. We typically do not write any reviews. But this needed to be done. I will be attaching photos and videos. They did move us up to Level. Which was nice. But the same food everyday can get a bit overwhelming. On a good note Thank you Laiz and Rafael for making this experience a lot better for us.

El servicio y lugar es maravilloso, pero la comida de los restaurantes y los del buffet no es buena , sobre todo el restaurante de la playa. Se llena de gente y se acaba todo muy rápido. Los restaurantes a la carta no son buenos. La atención es muy lenta y la comida mala.

En el Meliá caribe no hay seguridad en las habitaciones a mi sobrino le robaron $100 dólares en la habitación también el servicio de las bebidas no tienen buena calidad la comida no tiene la calidad como en otros hoteles de Punta Cana no le recomiendo este hotel además que la playa está llena de sargazo

I cannot put into words how incredible this hotel is. The level experience is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you to Maria Fafa in the VIP lounge for waiting on us hand and foot !!!! Everything about kidsdom is exceptional. We were worried after reading some negative reviews but I am blown away by the level of service. The hotel is beautiful. fantastic hokkaido dinner, A special mr ton has to be to our exceptional concierge Alam. What a wonderful polite well mannered young man he is ! He is a gentleman and has made our holiday beautiful !!

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, since it was a slow season, management decided to close the buffets, and it was a major inconvenience for us. Only a la carte restaurants were open, so we couldn’t enjoy the variety of the buffets and my 5 years old daughter that is super picky eating almost couldn’t eat the whole time. Nothing changed even after I expressed my discomfort multiple times.

Las Instalaciones y el trato de primera, estuvimos en familia con mi esposa e hija y disfrutamos de las playas piscinas restaurantes y yhi spa llevándonos la mejor de las impresiones del hotel y el personal, así mismo el tener un concierge es excelente , la comida sabor y calidad muy buenos en los restaurantes así como los restaurantes a la carta cuyas reservaciones se encargaba nuestro concierge , muy agradecidos con todos.

The food was excellent in the restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The concierge we had was very friendly and gave us all the help we needed and was very sympathetic to the group. The hotel staff was very nice to us like the bartenders who always left us with a smile. The yhi spa, the sauna was perfect and the pool was freezing as well, so I enjoyed the spa.

My experience in this hotel has been one of the worst. Today when I counted my money I realized that they had taken $100 from my wallet in my hotel room and when I reported it, they told me that they were going to do an investigation, but with the spirit and attention they provided, it was as if nothing was going to happen and they didn't make it very clear to me but they insinuated that it was my fault for not having put it in the safe. I wonder what kind of people are those who work in this hotel that there is no security in the room.

We spent some lovely days! We left our children in the kidsdom, the girls were very careful and affectionate with my children. In the afternoons they spent time in the gameroom where they have games and a staff that assists them. A very large hotel with beautiful gardens. We will be back soon.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel , vraiment un très bel hôtel où rien ne manque , de vrai vacances où on se laisse bercé par les beaux paysages et un océan chaud et agréable. Je trouve que le service est a la hauteur dans cet hôtel , les personnes sont sérieuses et à l écoute . Nous conseillons cet hôtel vraiment top un parc juste magnifique , une piscine au top avec un bar immergé , salle de fitness parfaite , différents restaurants très bon , snack en bord de mer excellent .
