Food was great. Room was a little outdated. I made arrangements for a ride to and from airport going to property was fine but going back to airpot the driver was not allowed pass security and i had to pay a taxi. Now i have to see if i can get a refund from the private service that i booked months before my vacation.

If you have high standards don't come here!!! It will be your nightmare!! . This property is very low budget. Everything is broken in the room, no transportation to rooms, no help with luggage. Tv, blower, air conditioner was broken when we arrived. We have to change rooms at 1am and nobody helped!!. No telephone in rooms. You have to go to reception everytime you need something. No room service available for anything. No shampoo no conditioner no anything. Overall it was awful. Very outdate. Like you are in the 2000’s. I’ve been coming to RD every year and this has been the worst hotel experience ever. Only food that was good was the steakhouse. At the restaurants all food presentation was awful! And No one cared to clean the mess people do. Air conditioner in the room was loud! Night Shows were ok. Staff was friendly but thats how Dominicans are. They are the best! The resort itself had many great events to keep you occupied. The resort was very clean, the food options were great and so was the staff. I would definitely come here again.

Excelente servicio

Excelente servicio las diferentes actividades son a otro nivel, los empleados te tratan super y siempre dispuestos a brindar el mejor servicio. No hay quejas en lo absoluto Carlitos en el check-in que nos recibio super amable y muy atento durante la estadia hasta las chicas en las actividades de playa y piscina etc

Tienen que mejorar el servicio al cliente del personal, más limpieza en todas las áreas, renovar su maquinaria, más limpieza en las piscinas, mejorar el aire de las habitaciones y revisar la calidad de la comida ya tanto yo como algunos compañeros que fueron conmigo tuvimos problemas estomacales

The first day we get there we saw a HUGE roach this thing was enormous! The food isn’t good and the workers are rude. You can tell they hate their job. They don’t help and have absolutely no manners. The hotel needs major renovations

There was a roach at my room door and one in the pool. I took picture and show it to an employee he said the building is old that’s why.

I wish those at the front desk would have rectified their problems. I was robbed of ALL the RIU parties simply because my guest and I was never given a wristband and what could have been an easy fix was shut down.
